We checked in via the app so when we got there we were seated immediately, which is easier to do when you a a party of 2 rather than our usual party of 7 adults and 2 children. We did not pick our steaks this time because it didn’t really seem to be worth it. We had the Cesar salad and house salad with French dressing on the later. The House and Cesar were just OK, the French dressing had a bit of a spice to it which was unexpected. Our main course was the NY strip and Sirloin steak as our meats and the loaded sweet potato and baked potato with butter and sour cream. The outside of our steaks was a bit charred while the inside was not cooked to the temperature we requested, the flavor was otherwise okay. The baked potato and loaded sweet potato were delicious.The service was okay, our server seemed to be having a bad day and wasn’t very pleasant but he did take our order, get and refill our drinks quickly. When we’re in the mood for steak again we’ll probably end up here.

Just want to give a shout out to Texas Roadhouse tonight, after losing track of time hubby and I ordered takeout from TRH around 8pm (not even realizing they close at 9pm) they were so busy with takeout and eat in, we were even lucky to place a Togo order when we did since they were over a 50min wait for takeout already!! So not only did we get our food in 40min but the girl in the takeout window was incredibly nice and very attentive, everything including all butters/extras were there, and the food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious!! 5/8/2022
We went in for lunch & were in a hurry since we were traveling. I ordered a burger, MEDIUM RARE !! My wife ordered a pulled pork sandwhich. After 25 minutes I asked our waitress, a Tall, African American woman in her early 20's who wore glasses, when our food would be coming. She got a REAL ATTITUDE and said "Shortly". "Shortly" turned out to be 10 more minutes. Another woman brought us our meal. My burder was VERY well done. I got no mustard, as I had requested when I ordered. We never say our waitress until she brought the bill. She asked if we wanted more drinks, AS I ATE THE LAST BITE !! I said, your too late. She said, rudely, "Well I hope you liked it; to which I replied: Hope you like your tip !!....IT WASN'T MUCH [email protected]!!!
First time at this particular restaurant Texas Roadhouse. Service was a little ? it took a minute for our entrees to arrived. My country fried chicken was good although the portion size was small compared to previous visits in Montgomery County. Broccoli was great hot and fresh seasoned well. My wife enjoyed the smothered chicken again portion size was on the small side. Other than that ?
Hard to beat the prime rib here and usually done to perfection, medium pink all throughout. Pair it with a loaded sweet potato and you can't go wrong!
Service was horrible! First we were seated at a table with dirty cutlery, my daughter’s drink came with white hair in it, we were served bread without plates, waiter was Cameron and we had to wait for a over 1hr to get the food after the appetizer even though we ordered all at the same time. Also we were celebrating a birthday we told her but he never came out to sing the happy birthday for the birthday celebration which to me was very cold as we were leaving and going out but my husband brought it to her attention. She said “oh you can bring them back and we can sing for them if that’s what you want” over and over, trying to be smart after my son said “it’s okay” which was very cold and rude.
Service was great! Food came out fast but unfortunately my sandwich didn’t come out the way I had ordered it. Cheesecake was decent and drinks were well made.
I love eating AT the restaurant… but the “To Go” order process is AWFUL!! Every time I make an order , I have to go back to window because they forgot something. Tonight, they were out of half gallon sweet teas, so she handed us 4 styrofoam cups (half full mind you). Whatever, moving on. When we got to the truck, there were no rolls. Went back to the window, she went and grabbed the rolls, handed me the bag and we left. Guess what…. We got rolls, but none of that delicious butter! Not to mention those half half full cups of tea, were unsweetenedAnd low and behold, no Cesar salad . ??♀️
Everything was wonderful! The service was great, the food was great, and the wait was short since we did the online wait list. I highly recommend doing the wait list ahead of time. 10/10 will come here again!
