Boycotted this location before. Thought new management would fix it.Still the same problems. They do not put nearly enough ingredients in the tortillas.Gave it one more try and ordered extra meat and cheese hoping to at least get enough of that. They charged us for the extras and then gave us crunchwraps so thin, you could feel that it was almost nothing but tortilla through the wrapper. I am not exaggerating when I say there was about a tablespoon of meat in there.

I had the misfortune of visiting Taco Bell the other evening when the young "ladies" behind the counter took the opportunity to mock and laugh at a young man who seemed to have special needs. It was not only unprofessional, it was unkind and uncomfortable to witness. I wish I had demanded to see the manager and report these little @!%$#÷@. Shame on them - and their food wasn't good either.

In the past year since Middletown Taco Bell has opened, it has been absolutely disappointing. The staff are not trained at all, they do not know how to make the food, my order always comes out incorrect and there is no proper customer service. This Taco Bell needs better management and Taco Bell corporate need to send better trainers to teach their workers on how to make the food. Every single time I order my food from here it is always wrong. Next time I will spend the extra 10 minutes to drive to the Taco Bell in Newark. I would say I am a Taco Bell kind of sore so I know what I’m talking about

Went to drive-thru and got home to find that all items were not in the bag.Why bother to ask the customer to verify the items on the screen after placing order, if employee is not going to verify all items are in the bag before handing it out the window.

They are horrible. You have to wait forever in line and when you finally get to the window, your order still isn't ready or complete. Then they tell you to pull around front and wait or come inside and wait. The inside isn't consistently open by the way. Very unprofessional!

Great service. Had a small issue that was resolved quickly and easily. Good food. A great turn around from how it used to be. Keep up the good work

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line, just to get half my order which was all messed up. From an employee that seemed annoyed I was even there.

The food was delicious but they literally only had two employees in the entire building .Took over half an hour just to get our food. It took them 5 minutes to even take our order. They are seriously understaffed.

Do not go to this location, seriously don't even bother, drive to the Bear location or some other location if you want Taco Bell. You will wait in line for 30 minutes and then they will tell you that they are closing early. If you happen to get luck and actually get food, it won't be what you ordered. This location needs to just shut down and have the building bulldozed.

I visited this location Thursday Dec. 2 around 4:30pm. There were 3 employees standing around in the customer seating area with a long wait going on at the drive-thru, and inside the cafeteria. One young female employee was having a loud personal conversation on the phone about her son in the same area, then ran from the dining table and jumped into the arms of a male employee who had just entered the facility, as if this was high school and her boyfriend just entered the classroom.A Taco Bell in this section of Delaware should have more professional employees who conduct themselves in such manner. Even if employees are on break, they should not be in uniform standing around in the customer seating area, talking and acting wild and crazy like a bunch of high school kids. The actual employees working behind the counter in the kitchen area on Dec 2 around 4:30pm did a tremendously great job preparing the food. There were no issues with the food, just with the employee behavior and conduct.I will be writing to the Corporate Office, and the Better Business Bureau.
