The staff there are very unaware of what their job details. I order two drinks through the drive thru and indicated that I wanted light ice in both drinks,which I have done at numerous locations with same orders. We get to window and still had to wait 10 mins for the drinks to be ready. I get my drinks and one of drinks was half full. I asked why it was like that,and she told me,well you ask for light ice. I told her,I always order the same drink and the same way,never did a staff tell me because of light ice,I am paying almost 7 dollars for a half a cup drink when I getting a venti size? no customer service at all and will never be coming back at this location even though I live fee blocks from it?
I'm sure it's just an average Starbucks I'm not really a Starbucks connoisseur LOL
People who work here don’t know how to use the Starbucks app. Even though using the app is the only option to do in store. Way to train your employees Starbucks! They are very rude when you ask them a question. There are 5 employees and they put up a sign that says mobile ordering or drive through only due to staffing, but no one wants to have someone using the register. Never had this experience at Starbucks!
I love this location. Very friendly and accommodating. Even when I don't place my order on the app and I place it at the drive through the staff knows me by name just by what I always order. Love it!

This is my favorite place. I’ve never had a problem with anyone being disrespectful at any location I’ve been. They have always treated me very well and have high quality products!
