The worker who sometimes takes drive through orders and talks in funny voices is amazing. We love the staff..and drinks of course. ?

My strawberry lemonade was pretty tasty and the people were very nice.
We were disappointed with the service. Both orders were incorrect. The surfaces were dirty and littered, dairy products sitting out on the counters, and had w hard time getting the servers attention when we needed help. Then they took the cups and touched the lids where we drink (after handling ndrive through and money) and handed them back without replacement.
Horrible service. Would not let you sit in cafe waiting for drink.
@starbucks managers someone needs to give DAVID a raise because he single handedly makes the experience so much better JUST through ordering with him. i get starbucks quite often, but when i order with david it adds a lot to my coffee run. i don’t even know the guy but i made a point to look at his nametag! :)
Ordered hot coffee from drive-thru, got me Luke warm one - humbly requested hot, they went inside and brought back same cup but this time without sleeve. I told it’s same cup of coffee that is still not hot. She mentioned that is the last cup from previous brew and I had to wait for few minutes - which I am absolutely fine with and waited. To my shock, they brought me another cup to my car, which is still at same temperature. I went inside for a refund. Never again to this store.
