This Middletown Red Robin needs new management.Ordered two burgers medium well. After a long 30 minute wait both came out burnt to a flavorless crisp. Yes, they were flavorless and crunchy. ?Service was painfully slow and order was wrong.Just take one look at this place inside and out and you can tell it is not managed properly.I think I'll take my business to the Newark Red Robin instead.
Good spot, friendly staff. Seated promptly and greeted quickly. Food was good. Service was friendly but they are short staffed so expect things to just take a little longer.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Walkways from parking lot to front double doors. Easy to move around once inside.
I really enjoyed my meal and drinks there. The waitress T was amazing. The only problem is there are always flies around the table which ruins everything else.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu.Kid-friendliness: There are chalkboards for kids and a nice kid friendly menu.Parking: Ample parking in the parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Flat surface for easy access for wheelchairs.
Sometimes you just have to go to Red Robin. Great service and wonderful food.
Shared an early dinner with my family. We had just spent 2 hours driving and we were famished. We moved to Middletown under two years ago and never had the opportunity to try this location. Since it was past lunch and before dinner the place wasn't too busy. Our server was awesome! We tried the Mozzarella sticks because we were so hungry. They aren't homemade, but ok. The sauce wasn't really good. The Smokehouse Brisket burger was delicious. The Avo-Cobb-O salad was great! Definitely will be going back. Place started filling up just as we were leaving.Parking: Lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
The family loves the ? here. The staff is so friendly and polite it makes our experience even better. I love that they have a veggie burger so my vegetarian daughter can enjoy the evening out. This is our permanent Friday night dinner spot. If you never had one of Red Robin's ? do yourself a favor and stop in, you won't regret it.
Server was good. Food was not up to standards I'm used to from Red Robin.Fries warm and requested new fries were hotter. We both ordered cheese burgers that seemed like they had been cooked a while ago. Cheese was cold squares on top and bun was warm and mushy.
We got there and the place was barren at noon on a weekday. The service was excellent - Chandler took amazing care of a large table and made sure we all got our food and drinks promptly.Somehow half our group got sick. We were all puking in the office bathroom and driving home with trash bags. We’re not sure exactly what it was but it had to be the meat or the dipping sauces.

For my birthday I was treated by Red Robin to a free burger. After being seated, I requested the "Burning Love Burger". The burger was very tasty and cooked the way I wanted it. Everything was good, including the service. Red Robin is one of my favorite places to go for burgers and I will continue to try them out.
