Excellent experience. Wonderful folks working here, very nice and helpful, taking time in describing the specialties and history of the place to an "out-of-towner". Fresh food made as you wait. Pizza was delicious, fresh, crispy crust with plenty of toppings. The Philly Cheese Steak sandwich was on another level, as you can see!I highly recommend this local restaurant for a great experience.
Ordered pizza tonight one plain and one with bacon, also fries plain. This food was terrible! The both pizza were overcooked, no sauce to be found. The bacon was sweet that did not pair well with the pizza. Oh, the fries were horrible, overcooked and burnt. All in the trash, wasted money! I have ordered before and no problems. Someone was really off tonight. So disappointing!
The food is delicious! So far we have tried the Baked Ziti, Cheesesteak, Broccoli Bites, Breaded mushrooms, sampler, old bay fries,and chicken fingers. Next thing is the Pizza. Not one bad thing among them. The Cheesesteak could have used more cheese but that is my preference. Very nice place. The only problem we had was that we ordered at 4:17p on a Sunday and was told 20-25 minutes. I got there at about 4:40 and food wasn't ready. I finally got it at 5:20. The place was slammed though. I just wish they told me the right time so I would have come later.
I was happy with this pizza place even though the prices are very high. At least till last few times. The pizzas have been burnt on the bottom the toppings are very skimpy & crust is dry especially for the price. Although places like dominos is what I was trying to move from I think it is a better option. They really do a better job with pizza’s & are more cost friendly. But if you want dry overcooked cardboard with scant toppings (even cheese) and pay good money for, then this is the place. Not sure if it because the owner is not there as much or because of other things but this place unfortunately is not worth it so I won’t be going there anymore. I live to far away and busy to run back and take food back. This happening once can happen anywhere but same problems constant over time. I just tap out.
These good reviews must be paid reviews lol. I have ordered from here several times. NEVER order delivery. They ALWAYS forget something. Do yourself a favor and DONT order the pizza burger. It tasted like they threw an unseasoned burger on the grill with bland, straight from the can marinara. No flavor at allTo the comment above about the owner. I have personally spoke to HIM and he is an awesome guy, but that burger was a hard bo for me
The owner of this establishment is dishonest so I will no longer be giving them any business. We have been loyal customers placing large orders from here several times a week for quite a while now. Recently (last Thursday) there was an incident where our food arrived about 2 hours 10 minutes after placing the order & was freezing cold, every item. We had called twice to check on the status (as we had a kid to get to bed by 8pm) and kept being told that it would be there any minute and was with the delivery driver. Once the cold food (& soggy salad) finally arrived, we called back to inform them. The owner got on the phone, apologized, and said that a delivery driver had gotten a flat tire and they didn't realize our food was left in that vehicle. For the inconvenience, she offered to give us a credit in the full amount of our order ($37 or so) and would put it on the account "associated with our address". Less than a week later I go to place an order & I am told that the owner never offered this credit and only offered to give a discount on the next order. First I was offered $5 off and then $10 off. Which one is it?? These are two very different conversations that could not be easily mistaken. Both my husband and I were present for this conversation and understood she was offering a credit. They are now lying about this...and the $37 isn't much but at this point, it's just bad business. Don't offer something to a customer if you're not going to follow through.
I moved into the area in August. It is now October. I checked my phone log and I've ordered from Di Napoli 19 times includingtoday. The food is always delicious and the customer service is awesome. I've never had an issue. I would definitely recommend Di Napoli
Being from North Jersey, the pizza is pretty spot on.The owners are awesome, and I even had themcater our wedding back in June . My family from North Jersey were impressed as well. Friendly service and always a pleasure to order from.
Horrible customer service! Don’t care if they have you as a customers, food is okay at best but getting it is a joke. Half the time they forget something or write it in wrong on the ticket. The last three times I’ve ordered, the food was very late about hour to two hours past it usually window of 45-60 minutes. On top of that the driver had to come out multiple times because they forgot things on the order. The manager team is rude and inconsiderate of anyone’s feelings or time. They don’t make it up to there customers, just blame staff members on there team. The owners should really look into whom they are hiring for the manger role. Highly underrated and incompetent staff. Never will eat there again. Recommend staying away unless you’d like long wait times and messed up orders.
Long time customer of DiNapoli. Just brought our order home and we are thoroughly enjoying the Bianca pizza. REALLY good! We also love their Cobb salad, the marinated chicken on it is amazing. As an added touch, the owner recognized me, asked about the family, etc. Great local place with great food!
