I didn't order pizza, which explains why my order was not wrong, but I ordered pizza a couple days ago at around 2:30... I do have some complaints, however:1.) When I first ordered for delivery, for about 45 minutes, it showed up as "ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: NOT AVAILABLE", so I tried calling but apparently they were "closed" despite the delivery time being between the time I ordered.2.) After 45 minutes of waiting for the delivery time to show up, it showed as 36 minutes approximately for delivery. TELL ME WHY IT TOOK THEM OVER AN HOUR TO DELIVER MY FOOD. I don't even live that far from the delivery place.3.) I ordered some jalepeno rolls without meat, and I didn't get meat luckily, the food was O.K. quality, BUT I suggest adding more cream cheese to your rolls, they tasted kinda dry.Overall O.K. this time compared to previous experiences, but please take a faster time with delivery.

Ordering was easy, the new drive up pick up was great, the man even said have a blessed day! Will def be back

Been waiting on my order for an hour and a half after I was told 35-45 min and when I call they say yeah we are working on it. Not very friendly either.

I have no idea what happened I remember I used to love Papa John's, but I think their significant downfall was the new simplified logo and horrible new management.I ordered a pizza with only cheese with jalapeños on one side and plain cheese on the other, specifically asking for NO MEAT.The order was done, and checking it guess what I found...MEAT. PEPERRONI ALL OVER.*Tyler the creator*Um I'm not finishedTold them to fix it, they made a new one, check it again and... MEAT ON THE PIZZA. AGAIN. BACON ALL OVER.Told them to fix it again, and finally they get it right the 3rd time!Pizza was cold though, not as good as I remember, but I'll give you two stars because Ik that literally everyone has quit their jobs bc of COVID, but I wouldn't recommend, COVID or not. It's the end of a good era.

I've accepted 2 doordashes at this location as of now. 1st time was a week ago and they said they didn't have my customers order. 2nd time today they didn't even start preparing my doordash order until I arrived to pick it up for my customer I've now been sitting in my car for almost an hour waiting on 1 pizza.

I got scammed!!! I was in a rush to get dinner for my kids and called the number they had and some guy answered like a papa johns person would but it was really quiet like no one was there. Put in my order felt after I ordered checked my bank two days later I was charged $600 at Best Buy!! Never ordering from here again! Get this the number said you are calling the papa johns in Middletown

Pizza was good. The service was awful. No one answers the phone, the app was wrong about where my food was and delivery was slow 1hr 20 for a pizza.

So disappointed with Pappa Johns ordered a 14 pizza with pepperoni and sausage as u can see this slice of pizzA had 1.5 slices of pepperoni and Two pieces of sausage the rest of the pizza was the same but may have had two slices of pepperoni?.

Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, Delivery was 1 1/2 hour wait so I went to pick it up myself, pizza was ready when I got there, waited 10 min to pay, 1 person on the phone, one person making pizza, 2 people standing around while myself and 2 others waited in line to pay while cashier was on the phone.Terrible customer service and poor business management.When I got home we got a regular pepperoni pizza with no stuffed crust. ??‍♂️

My order today was placed for a deliver time of 38-48 minutes. I called after 50 minutes for a status as the tracker stated my order was just started. I followed prompts to check status and it still gave the same time range, I tried prompts to talk with the manager and was disconnected, and I tried prompts to place an order receiving forever rings. THEN I tried the corporate office and the excuse provided was understaffing and they had no control over that. It’s VERY poor customer service on behalf of both the store & corporate help line. It’s now one hour and 4 minutes. My order is still not in a delivery car.
