Was there for my favorite 3 grilled cheese sandwich yesterday and and had Matt C as our server again. He is the absolute best. He is polite and funny and just all around a great server. The food again was delicious as always. But it's Matt that keeps us coming back. See you soon!
I am a New Yorker and in our way back from packing my son from camp we wanted breakfast. We heard great reviews about this place. We drove 45 minutes out of our route to check it out! It did not disappoint! Great food. I had the waffles and chicken. An amazing breakfast! Matt C was our server and what a great service. He even got a smile from my son who was not having a good Morning. His great welcoming hospitality made me give this review 5 stars! We will be back!
I come here every week with a good group of guys to talk and enjoy great food. I have never had a negative experience. Part of it is the food, but another part is having Shannon as our regular waitress every week. She is prompt but relaxed with us and is always available if we need assistance or a refill.Great service, great experience. Reasons we'll keep coming back.
Had breakfast this morning, food was great as well as the service. My server was Shannon and she is awesome. She was quick to greet me once i was seated and had a coffe in my hand within 2 minutes. All my questions about what was good were answered. Food was delivered promptly and my coffee was refilled without asking. Keep this young woman, don't let another restaurant steal her away
We just moved to Middletown and wanted to try a diner. We chose Metro and are super pleased. Samara was our server and she was friendly and prompt. We got a western omelet, the special blueberry lemon Belgian waffle, fresh fruit, and coffee. The restaurant was clean, fun, and super busy. The owner, Jeff, took time to say hello and welcome us to the community. We will back! You should try it.

Completely disappointed. Cold breakfast served to us. Meals missing sides. My sons meal was completely incorrect had to be sent back and wait for his. Charged for cheese for eggs when it never had it on them and I told the waitress don't charge me for cheese because I never received it.
I ordered through Uber eats and was missing half of my order. I asked for a refund and the “child” that answered the phone said we can’t because you ordered it through a third party. I said would it be easier to just deliver the missing items. He said no we don’t deliver. So I said okay what am I supposed to do because you guys messed up. He said I don’t know what to tell you and you can’t speak to a manger because we’re too busy . I calmly said wow that’s really good customer service . He then proceeded to start yelling at me . I said there is no reason to yell. He continued to yell saying he wasn’t yelling. I calmly said okay, I’ll speak to your manager. The child then hung up on me. I immediately called back and the manager answered right away. The manager apologized for his behavior and said it was because they were short staffed. I’m just going to leave this story here and let you all decide if you want to eat here ..
A nice place for breakfast/lunch. Prices are always more than reasonable especially in these crazy times. Their flavored coffee is always amazing and servers are generally good. Definitely my go to breakfast spot in Middletown.
I ordered the chicken & waffles. I gobbled half my plate and forgot to take a pic before I ate lol. The STRAWBERRY BUTTER is delicious! I'll come back just to take some home. It has chunks of strawberries ? in it. The chicken was crispy, tender, and tasty. The Staff are friendly and nice. Def will come back again ???
