Lady was rude as hell asked for extra mushrooms on my sandwich looks like they didn't even put any on the mushrooms and Swiss and charged me 50 cents extra to not give me them is just wrong never again.
Customer service was great. I ordered a sandwich fries and drink. Didn't really care for fries but everything thing else was good. I would go again.
The soda I had was out of syrup so all I got was I was unflavored soda more like seltzer water are the sandwich I ordered was not the sandwich I got but the service was good and the people were nice
My burger was lukewarm, and my fries weren't much better. Every time I stop here on my way to visit my family it makes me sick, even years apart. Sad.
Store was freezing. Took over 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger and fries at supper time. No apology for the wait and food was cold. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Don’t go to this establishment!

Don't normally review fast food. Service doesn't have to be good, food doesn't have to be perfect. I don't mess with undercooked chicken though. Ain't quite raw, might be alright to eat but I ain't testing my luckI might have submitted a complaint other ways but a receipt wasn't handed to me and I didn't feel a need to ask for it. My coupon was also rejected with no attempt to override it despite it being an issue on their end. Came 2 hours before close but with the attitude placing my order I assumed I was there as they were closing. Wasn't even busy either, no other cars there the whole time
Only because I can't seem to find the right thing to eat there. They don't suggest items and someone whom don't have a Hardee's in this town... don't really know what's good
