The worst location when it comes to quick service. The parking lot is a mad house & the drive thru...no thank you. I was blocked in the parking lot due to the drive thru line being SO long and completely backed up. Frustrating for sure. The food and coffee, fine. Just don't expect to get anywhere in a timely fashion.
This is the worst Dunkin in Middletown. They don’t even answer the phones if you call. They forget something on our order every time and the people working are always rude.

They have coffee and donuts and bagels and other things. I had some. They tasted good and I kind of wish I had a donut right now. ?

Shutting down the lobby now makes no sense as people are heading back to work. Please open the lobby and open another DD location nearby. Wait is too long consistently.
I know it's tough times, but my wife just got back from there. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and donut holes, and they charged us for that. My wife forgot to check the order and found out they gave us two donuts instead of breakfast sandwiches and included the donut holes. On top of that, they didn't give us a receipt.Customers, check your orders before you leave!
Love my Dunkin coffee but sometimes they hit it on the nose sometimes they're a little off. donuts are overpriced...

Only go here because the place is close to my house and keep raising the price of unsweet tea it's ridiculous a large unsweet tea cost $3.39 and the same thing at Panera Cost $2.49 the man who owns all the Dunkin Donuts in Middletown is price gouging the same tea at Dunkin Donuts on the other side of the canal is $0.80 less
