It's dunkin can't mess up the food or at least I doubt you can ......but the service is way too slow to still have inaccuracies.. ijs
Don't have a drive thru,no access ramp for disabled people.The 1 ramp for the whole complex is 100 yds. from entrance to store.
Some employees are very amazing and some are very unpleasant. The lattes are always just milk & when you ask for it to be fixed they get mad
Very friendly beautiful girls working that made my visit very enjoyable.
Worst customer service in town, hands down. Stood at the register for 5 minutes while the young girls behind the counter socialized. Was never greeted, let alone acknowledged, even though eye contact was made. Ended up walking out. This is the second time I have left this location without ordering anything. I will not give them a third try. Not sure how they stay in business.
There's no one in there ordered coffee ,was in and out a couple minutes
My husband went in to get coffee and 3 things of snackin bacon. When he came back out he says I should check the bacon. I said why and he said, “Just check it. I doesn’t look right”. So when I open the bag there’s 3 bags with crumply, flimsy, fatty bacon. So I take it back in the store and let the girls at the counter know that I go to a few different locations and that’s not what the snackin bacon looks like nor did it have the maple glaze on it. They ask me if I want it made again and I said yes please. They take the original order out of sight and then hand me a new bag after a minute or two. I go outside in my car and it looks like the exact same order only they threw maple glaze on it. They pretty much gave me their sandwich bacon. I went back in with the order a second time and just asked for my money back. Snackin bacon cost $3 and some change each. I’m not paying almost $10 for fatty sandwich bacon. They don’t know what they’re doing at this location. It was my first time here and I won’t be going back. The coffee wasn’t made that well either.
Got an extra large hot coffee with coconut shots & skim milk TASTED UTTERLY HORRID!! Then I got an english muffin with cream cheese and jelly and it was burnt and the cream cheese was spoiled and sour. When I said something they responded with “are you sure”, the employees are young and inconsiderate to elders and were goofing off by take dancing videos with music before my order was even done. And on top of that, I stood at the register for around 4 minutes waiting for someone to get up off the booth near me to take my order. Will never go here again, felt very disrespected, but who’s surprised with this dunkin. The nice lady that used to work here had everything under control, this was TERRIBLE!

Refused to serve me because I wasn't wearing a mask. Note Delaware lifted the mask mandate last week so there was no reason for a mask to be required. Went to the Dunkin on 71 and experienced great hospitality without being forced to wear a mask.
