great coffee!! better than starbucks I'd say
Best coffee ever! Now tried the frozen matcha for a change since already had 3 cups of coffee yesterday morning and added vanilla sweetner..sweetener... next time will leave it off or just 1 service g cause all I could taste was the vanilla no matcha whatsoever. Also wasn't much on the coconut milk coolers but my machinations and frozen coolants are always amazing
I have mix feelings about this location!! Sadly I never have good am experiences most time. There is short dark hair girl with glasses she seems to have sister works there as well. She is extremely rude , stays on her watch connected to her phone, ignores customers that comes in. A simple good morning someone will be right with you would work. However I gave 3 star because there is some extremely hard works make up for her terrible attitude!!!!
Disorganized and a mess. Out of alot of food items and drinks. Needed better communication from staff. Seemed like they were having difficulty that day and other staff members didn't bother to help each other when needed, moping was a higher priority behind the counter.
I was told by Josh that they didn't need my business, and I will take that to heart. They served me an inedible iced coffee that tasted like fish, and were extremely rude when I brought it to their attention.There are at least 3 others in the area that, I hope, are run by people who actually know what they are doing.
Coffee is just getting too pricey and charging extra for oat/almond milk is ridiculous. Lactose intolerance shouldnt be profited on. You make enought on the coffee

I just wanted a regular coffee with cream. What I got was a watered down hot mess and its not the first time at this location. Not sure what the issues are here compared to the other dunkin stores surrounding this one but I can't come to this location for coffee any more. The staff are always polite and friendly, but the coffee is always watered down.
i’m giving a three star rating because every time i order the same sandwich made the same way from this location only,, they never seem to do it right (ex. cheese is never melted, and i never have my butter on my croissant) everything else is done fine but my sandwich smh ??♀️
This Dunkin is 5 stars in the morning and 1 star in the evening.. I come here almost every morning and the service is great but when I come here in the evening they are regularly closed up to an hour earlier than their posted hours and just today I ordered my coffee pulled up to the drive thru window and no one came to the window to collect payment or give my coffee. After 9 mins of waiting at the window I left empty handed while I could see employees standing around talking
