Very bad experience with this store: the first time they were late, I was distracted so I didn’t even noticed it. Dominos was nice enough to send me a free pizza for the delay. 2 weeks later, I decided to redeem the free pizza and order another 2 items. My order was placed at 9:55 PM, I received an email saying I should get my order within 42 to 52 minutes. I called the store at 10:58 PM, the person who answer was unprofessional and she was asking someone else “ what do you want me to tell her” then, they said they only had 1 driver and orders were piling up, but the driver was leaving the store with my order right now. I’m writing this review at 11:45 PM and I still haven’t received the order. I will make sure we never order from that location ever again.
For prospective employees: The current manager, Louis ("Bubba"), is extremely abusive, and he admits this and doesn't care. Do not work here under the current management. He and the other employees were so horrible constantly that I was forced to quit. Work at another Dominos store instead, the other locations in the general area are so much better.
took over an hour and a half to deliver when we are 7 minutes away! arrived cold, wings were awful, friend got sick from them. Lewis, the manager, was so rude and not helpful. had to hang up because of other calls coming in, smh
It's hard to pick a single Domino's in Delaware that serves such excellent consistency but this location is always accurate and delicious and always has the perfect crust to the pan, so thank you all! I'm sorry for all the Bills and Karen's ya gotta deal with but your true customers really appreciate you.
Don't even bother ordering from this location. Been waiting for more than two hours only for my order to be canceled. Please order a pie from literally any other place, at least you might get your order.
We ordered at 6:02 pm and recieved our order at 856 pm cold and uneatable
Poor customer service. Gave my pizza away to other customer. Waited another 40 minutes for getting my order again.
Horrible service! Ordered a pizza online with the 2 minute curbside pickup, of course they are late! No worries, about that. My issue is that the whole pizza was wrong. I called to let them know, hoping that maybe next time they would make it right in some way. They tell me that I have to drive all the way back to get any type of service. The manager would not even get on the phone smh. Horrible service!
My wife ordered pizza, showed up 1 hour late. And the cookie brownie that we ordered showed up burnt .When we tried to call the location was on hold for 45 minutes with nobody answering the phone
Very little toppings on any of the pizzas we ordered. Bacon pizza had maybe a half dozen tiny pieces.
