Food is great. Line was long.! But food was great.!

I went to this Chick-fil-A yesterday to buy some gift cards for the scouts who helped my son with his Eagle project. I asked a member of their team if I could purchase gift cards standing in that long ordering line because I needed 20 of them and didn't want to hold everyone up. He put me in touch with their manager who immediately began taking care of producing the gift cards I needed. While I was there, I saw their team members running food out for curbside pickup, delivering it to tables, I saw another member ask a lady if she would like some water while she was waiting on something other than a regular order. No lie, the customer service here is way above and beyond anything I've witnessed at the usual burger joints I've been to. Thanks for the outstanding and quick job, Middletown Chick-fil-A!

I’ve been coming here for lunch very frequently in the past few months. Both the food and service are always great. You can order on the app, sit at any table, and a server will deliver your meal to you. They also walk around to ask if you need anything (condiments, free drink refill, etc).The food and service are on par with a dine-in restaurant, with the speed/convenience of fast food.My personal favorite meal is the Spicy Deluxe w/ Pepper Jack :)

I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A for as long as they’ve been in Middletown and this has been happening more than usual the last few times I’ve visited. If I order a large fry, that’s what I expect, a large. Not a medium, especially if I’m paying more for it. This has happened more than once at this location so I feel as though, I should warn those that want to order a large fry, just order a medium cause that’s what you’ll end up getting!

This location used to be amazing but lately they have been forgetting whole sandwiches and nuggets, getting drinks wrong, etc when the correct items are clearly marked on the bag and that I paid for the items. Once or twice is an accident but this is now occurring almost every visit. We used to go to this location all the time but now I feel like it’s a waste of money and time

We ordered crispy chicken sandwich with American cheese and lettuce. We also got a side of grilled chicken nuggets. Both had some flavor but nothing special. In fact, it was somewhat disappointing. The only good thing was sauce. That helped increase the flavor but no enough to go back.

The food is good yes. BUT- I had 57 dollars of gift cards on my app, so I’m trying to be healthy and I go and get a 12 count grilled nugget and scan in at the drive through and they say the receipt machine is broken so I have to pull around to get my receipt. So I go around and they bring out my 12 nuggets and say that will be 7 dollars or something. And I’m like, I already paid, my app now is at 50 dollars like you have my money. Then the lady asks to take my phone back to the window to “see what she can do” and comes back and says, “alright your all set” so I’m like “you didn’t have to take 7 more dollars right?” She’s like “oh yeah we did” so there I am, paying 14 dollars for 12 grilled nuggets. Then I was like “well can I have some Buffalo sauce please” “iM sOrRy wE aRe oUt oF bUfFaLo sAuCe”

I'd never been to a Chick-fil-A before and this was everything I could have imagined the experience to be based on all the hype... Top notch operation... and great chicken sandwich, of course... Wow - the kale salad was a nice surprise... love everything about the experience!!!

Ordered a large and small fry. The small fry literally had THREE fries and the large fry had a half container. I took the fries back to the window. A young boy not wearing a mask handed the fries to a young blonde headed girl not wearing a mask who handed the fries to the person in the back to add more fries. So fries left my hands three other people handled the fries and they actually tried to give them back to me. I asked for a manager and refund . No manager came. This was GROSS! Highly disappointed! Also the mask mandate in Delaware is not lifted.

The people who work here are extremely friendly. The food is always good. The issue I had was seeing all the trash in the parking lot, extending all the way over to Kohl's. This isn't necessarily the fault of Chik-Fil-A or their staff, but I am hoping customers see this and change their behavior.It is absolutely disgusting seeing people eat, and then throw their trash from their car to the ground. I have witnessed people toss it out from their window like it was nothing. Middletown has always been my home, it is sickening to see people being so disrespectful.I feel for the chik-fil-a employees that have to deal with such classless customers. What is so hard about keeping the trash to yourself until you find a trash can later in your day, or taking it to a dumpster? Are people that lazy?
