BEWARE DON’T WASTE TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!! The manager there is BEYOND rude. French fries were cold cheese burger barely warm cheese was not and could not melt because burger was barely warm. I visited during lunch hours NO line in drive thru yet was rushed by manager as though they had 20 cars in line. Now the crazy hours doesn’t even make it worth visiting anymore. We were asked to yell into the speaker. Not pull to the window and order. YELL, to place the order. We were told we could only get milk or apple juice with kids meals. No lemonade or soda.It was horrible trying to communicate like that. We ended up just leaving. That location need a overhaul.
Get new management at this location!!!!! They are so rude and condescending to guests and employees which I am guessing that's why they can't keep good workers. They are ruining this store, I work nearby and use to come here often but I can't stand the way I am treated.
Most the time very rude! orders are always incorrect always seem to be out of chicken now I know that’s not just their fault it’s the company which allowed you to make online orders when they have no chicken Then tell you you have to email to get a refund and then wait 42 to 72 hours to get it so be careful if you’re doing it online order out of all the fast food restaurant in Middletown By far the worst in my opinion
THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. SITTING IN DRIVE-THRU WITH 7 CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU ! SOMEONE SITTING AT THE INTERCOM!! I WILL NIT GO BACK!! ON MY WAY TO POPEYES
Was a very long line there lunch time matter of fact it was about 11:30 it was Whopper Wednesday I got a couple Whoppers and some fries the sandwich ain't nothing like they show on TV you have to look for the lettuce and tomato and II think a piece or two of onion other than that it was pretty good I guess.
Sign on the door says location is opened from 10:30-6pm. Was at the drive thru at 10:50 and waited five minutes with no one to address I was there. I called the store ask was their drive thru opened the woman answered no and hung up on me. I called back and asked her what time are they opened. The woman replied we are not open. I asked her again what time do you open she said I don’t know when employees get here and hung up. I get that places are understaffed but why isn’t anyone working at 10:30 when the sign says it’s opened but you can answer the phone. THE WORSE!
Awful service. I don't know if there was only one person working on the drive tru. They made us wait over 15 min to take orders. The man that was there, very slow and disrespectful. Pleas get out of business!!
Finally they got their bacon sandwiches right, delicious
Not sure what's going on here but we came to this location a week ago at 6 pm on a week day and the restaurant was completely closed. They accepted my mobile order though, so was a headache to get a refund. Not sure what's going on in Middletown as this happens to the local Taco Bell too. Burger King needs to get it together
