great ice cream... especially for her first pup cup! thank you!
On Friday May 27th at 9:30 I went to Bruster’s ice cream for a regular hot fugue Sunday the menu by the drive through said $5.85. When I got to the window the girl said $6.30 and I said but your menu says $ 5.85 so I got charged the 6.30 and I asked how long ago the price change and she said 2 weeks ago but the manager had not changed the prices yet. There was no accommodation for their mistake they can keep their ice cream and poor customer service.

I was there the other day excited to get some ice cream when I waited and no one came to attend to me and I felt so unwelcomed yet I came with cash ready to taste this ice cream and then I noticed non of the employees wear gloves when serving and scooping ice cream. They just laughed inside and ignored a customer! Never again
