For the love of god, please review food safety and sanitation with your staff. I’ve watched an employee clean the bathroom and proceed to continue to work with the food only after putting on gloves. I’ve witnessed the main cook come back from his break to put on gloves as well…. Not washing their hands . Majority of the staff were on their phone and we all know how many germs transfer from phones, oh god. Trust me when I say I’m not a germaphobe, but there are cardinal rules regarding food safety and sanitation. As a person who works with food all the time, there should be no exception. The bathrooms were trifling.Waited here for a good minute for the food as well, 30 mins for a 15 count meal…. The restaurant was not busy.The staff provided no utensils, no napkins, and no celery (which I made sure to order). Fries were unbearably soggy , I could not stomach them down.Disappointed because the brand chain usually has good food… I can say the staff was decently friendly from what I’ve observed from my first encounter; However, the music was blaring. The front counter attendant was not focused as the music seemed to distract her.
Love the wings but the staff is a bunch of kids who would rather talk and text then serve food to make money. Make sure you got plenty of time because your order will take a long time.
Been going to Wingstop for years. Always good food.The Dover location is no exception. Wings/corn/fries are always hot and delicious. However, it comes at a price.Best bet is to order online. If you call, no one will answer. If they do answer, you won't be able to hear them because the music is playing at max volume at all times.They are often out of fries or something else you ordered. You wont find out until you already paid and are there to pick up your order.Dining in is closed due to Covid I guess?Floor is always extra dirty and greasy. Watch your step when you go in there.Drinks are often flat. Drink station is a mess. Drink lids are always sticky and filthy.Wait time is around 1 hour and 15 minutes per order. Even if you order 10 wings and fries at noon on a Wednesday. Be prepared to wait over an hour.
Was very excited to try this place out. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I had ordered one 8 count bonless and one 8 count traditional. I got my order and they were both traditional. I was told I had to wait 30-45 minutes for the correct order. I took the traditional wings to find out they were raw! Will never be back.

I went to go get some wing stop tonight and it wasn’t very busy. Went up to the register and this girl was inebriated or something because I had to repeat my order three times and asked specifically boneless wings and yet she still got my order wrong. She was just moving in slow motion and not registering anything. We waited for 45 minutes for our order and when we got home and opened it, the wings were not boneless and they didn’t put in the dips either. Then the fries were just cut as potato wedges and completely raw. They were hard as a rock. It a pathetic excuse if a food establishment They need a new cashier and kitchen! I then tried calling them to try to get a refund but they did not answer when me or my husband each called.
If I could give them no stars I would, but the fries were great. My friend made an online purchase it stated it was be ready in 16minutes. It took us 16 minutes to get to the location. We were waiting for 45 now and still haven’t gotten his food. Mind you several customers have gone in ordered at the register and received their orders as we still wait. There was no explanation to why it hasn’t been make. After 40 minutes the front desk person went back to ask about it and yet we are still waiting. There were five colleagues on shift at the time. More than enough people working in the back for his food to have been made.We even verified and made sure he ordered from the correct location, and it was correct. We ordered at 600, arrived at 620 received the food at 719. How is this okay, and we didn’t even get an apology for the long wait. Horrible customer service. I’ve been to many locations and this is by far the worst one.
Good wings! Really busy at times, but they were doing what they had to do to keep the food coming out!
Placed order online at 5:04 p.m. Order stated that it would be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. I arrived at 5:36 p.m. I wanted to give them ample time to get the order finished. They advised me that the order was not ready yet . I stood waiting for about 20 minutes and then overheard the people grumbling and two people stating they had been there over an hour. This was at approximately 5:50. I continued to wait. At 6:00 a woman who appeared to be the manager asked if anybody had been there an hour. Three people said they had and I advised I was almost up to an hour. She got our names and told the crew to start getting them ready quickly for the four of us. She then told the crew at the counter to stop taking phone orders or walk up orders. Several people came in and attempted to place an order but were turned away. Over the next 10 minutes the three of them got their food. At about 6:15 the manager asked my name again. I gave my full name as it appeared on my order on my phone. She then went into the back where they were making the food. She spoke to several of them. At about 6:23 she looked at me and then told the girl at the counter that my order needed to be the next one prepared. She yelled at me and said what was your last name? I gave it to her. Several people then picked up their orders but at 6:36 they called my first name and last initial. So my last name was not on the order system at the store. My order took an hour and 32 minutes to prepare.The people there were extremely busy and working as fast as they could. It was total chaos though. I realize they have only been open for 3 or 4 weeks but I thought it would have calmed down a little bit but now. Apparently the online ordering gives you a time but it is not realistic compared to what is actually going on at the store.The food was good.I'm going to wait a while before I go back. They need to get settled in. They were doing their best though.
Went inside to order and the wait time was 15-20 minutes for an order of 6 wings and fries. The wings were ok but the the fries were horrible I could only make myself eat about 4, waste of money will not be going back.
