I'm not sure if they're understaffed or on strike but this place is very very slow. Expect to be waiting 20-30 minutes no matter what your order. If you need food fast it's quicker to go up the street, U-turn, hit the McDonald's, eat and go back than it is to order here.Customer service is non existent. They don't speak in full sentences (by intention) no one greets you, they literally don't say anything when handing you the food. If you have the time to wait though the food comes out as you expect.

They say their open until 1 AM, however everytime I go at around 12:25-12:30 they are never open. Today I pulled up at 12:20, after seeing lights on and people inside and waited in line for 30 minutes, nobody said anything to me, I tried to contacts them via calling, talking into the speaker, still nothing at all. However I can visibly see people inside working, I pull up to the window and they ignore me. A simple “hey we aren’t open” wouldve went a long way; then I wouldn’t have wasted 30 minutes in line! This happens way to often, if you aren’t going to Actually be open until 1 AM then don’t advertise it! Simple right?

Service was slow because after I advised I had placed a mobile order she said to wait a second and after about 3 minutes I asked if she was still there and she said oh I'm sorry you can pull around. At that point I had three cars behind me waiting. When I got my order and got home I found out it was short some almonds and parmesan crisps. The salad and frosty were just fine though.

The southwest avacado chicken salad was very good. I've not had much better at a dine in restaurant for twice the price. I've not been to Wendy's in a few years but based on this experience I will be back.

Average fast food restaurant. Ordered sausage/egg/cheese on roll. Wasn't very hot so I can only imagine it was sitting there for a while. not worth the $4

Share my experience do you really want me to. This Wendy's is slower then a snail. I sat in the drive thru line for 34 minutes. When I finally got to the food window the girl was too busy on her phone to acknowledge I was there. I was watching the staff inside they kept looking at the screen at oders like they were clueless and couldn't figure things out. When the girl finally opened the window she was trying to give me someone else's order. When I finally got my order about 15 mins later, I asked for fries with no salt as I'm not allowed to have added salt , they had salt all over them so I couldn't eat them. It even said on my receipt no sea salt as I requested no salt when I ordered. This Wendy's needs to get it together . They are always slow. Maybe they need a proper staff. It's really bad when you have someone sit in line that long and get their order wrong. As long as I sat everything should've been hot and right!!!

I'd rather pour salted lemon juice into an open wound than order from this Wendy's again. Seriously, they mess up my drive thru order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wish I was joking.They just messed up my order again today. Ordered four 4-for-4s, all Jr bacon cheeseburgers. They gave me cheeseburgers with ketchup and mustard and onions instead for all of them. Disheartening. No bacon at all.Also, apparently they don't know what "no ketchup" means. Every time I tell them not to put ketchup on something, they do it anyway. My wife hates ketchup, as does my daughter. It ruins their evening whenever I order from this location, so I'm done.After numerous trips to this Wendy's, they just can't seem to get it right. I'm truly flabbergasted at the incompetence on display here. Wow. I don't know how it is possible for this Wendy's to MESS UP MY ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME but they do it. I wish I was joking but literally every time I order something, they give me something entirely different. The inside is still closed (due to Covid?) so I can't even go in to complain/get what I actually ordered.Truly ridiculous; I will not be going back to this location. I'd rather cut open my eyeball and pour salted lemon juice in the wound than deal with the incompetence of this Wendy's again.

The counter person was cool and my food was decent I mean it's basically a fast food joint that's pretending to be a restaurant so it's not that amuch better than any of the other fast food places and most Wendy's prepare every order fresh and that really jacks up the waiting times other places have already prepared foods and hot racks to keep em warm so Wendy's is better if you want fresh but you have to be okay with being there for at least 15-30 mins waiting for you food so freshest food just takes a lil longer so I guess it's good most people are patient and like a quality meal especially being charged almost 10$ now for a fastfood meal it better be good and fresh as possible am I right? so over all it was good tho the vibe was cool and I didn't mind waiting for a fresh meal

The food was ok but the tables dirty and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. And the food trays looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in between uses.
