Typical Wendy's. Nothing out of the ordinary except there is a convenience store attached and it's in a gas station.
Waited in line 35 minutes at the drive thru and two cars from me they closed and employees wouldnt even answer and than when i drove to the window they acted like they didnt see ..i mean they shouldnt have let people wait in lind if they werent gonna serve them.
Food was disgusting. Fries tasted like they were cooked and then put back in the grease to reheat. The nuggets were soft and tasted old. They basically gave us food thst had been sitting. This is like the 5th time my food has been nasty. I won't be going back! Which is bad because Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant.
Ordered nuggets and fries and watched them sit on the counter as the next 3 people behind me were served. I had to question the employee before getting my food
It's pretty f'ed up when you can't get a simple burger order right. What is so hard about no ketchup or picked.Can't take my coupon but you sure can screw up an order
Food was TERRIBLE! Staff didn't let customers know the only Frosty they had was strawberry. The size of them even got smaller. The cup is shorter & smaller around. They served French Fries that looked like thin steak fries. They were even gray in color. Management said they were waiting on a truck(delivery). I suggested the cashier should inform patrons any changes in their orders BEFORE they pay for them. VERY unprofessional. Wendy's has changed alot since they opened. Dave would be disappointed.
The staff here is few, but they are ALWAYS friendly, and I can never justify being upset with them even if it takes a long time. The food always comes out right and with a smile!
This Wendy's was fast service and they made the best Baconator I've EVER had!!! Seriously, it was Fantastic! I don't live near this one, but really wish I did!
With two cars in front of us in the drive through line, we waited more than half an hour for our food. This is not fast food, we could have eaten at Applebee's for the same time and cost.
Wow 30 minutes for a salad this is unbelievable!!! A Place like this should be staffed on weekends. I won’t be coming here again. I am a new Delaware resident and wow this sucks.
