This was one of my most favorite restaurants to find a good burger before the pandemic. Today was my first time back since February 2020, and it seems like it does not taste the same as before. Seems like the food has a little less taste to it than before. Not sure if someone else is running this establishment, but maybe it will be better next time.
Placed an order online for a pickup time of 6:45 at least 2 hours prior and still had to wait 20 mins for my order to be ready.Ordered about 11 sandwiches and a majority of them were incorrectly made. Had toppings that we didn't request and most of the sandwiches were incorrectly made. Called the manager just to let him know we were upset but let him know we weren't looking to be compensated and more so that he could be aware that his staff is messing up. Manager took no responsibility and said sandwiches were made as we requested.Never ordering from here again.

My husband and I have tried 3 different burgers there and all three were great. The fries, onion rings, and seasoned tots were good as well. We haven't tried the shakes or some of the other items yet. I will let you know when we do.
Food good like a dinner. The service okay. The bag had mustard on the top from the server’s old glove. I found a salad dressing paper in my bag (I didn’t order salad). And a little sketchy neighborhood….
Love their food but today I had the "November Burger of the Month, the Quacked Up Turkey Burger, features a jalapeño turkey burger loaded with all the trimmings, including broccoli slaw, sweet potato fries, Maple Leaf Farm duck bacon and cranberry ketchup, served on a potato chip bun." It was awesome! I recommend you do by this month and pick one up and try to get them to keep it on the menu permanently.2021-02-05 I eat here all the time and the Cheeeesy Is my favorite burger in all of town. I have been using the curbside pickup and ordering on my app for about a year but tonight when I picked up my burger I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to bring it to me and I called three times before I could get through. The first time it went to a voicemail that was full and wouldn't let me leave a message, the second time someone picked up and immediately either put me on hold or set it aside until it hung up on me, and the third time I was informed that my hamburger had been sitting there for the 22 minutes I had been waiting but I had not called them to let them know I was there. There's nothing that says to call but there is a faded small lower part of the curbside pickup sign that says holler when you get here. Since I was having a terrible time calling and I couldn't get through, that wasn't a much help. I will never order curbside again but I will return to this restaurant because they have the best burger in town. Every other restaurant chain that I have gone to curbside for pickup, I would put a vehicle description in app order and they would bring it out nearly the moment I arrived. Nothing in the app tells you to call and that small bottom part telling you to holler when you arrive is not satisfactory for curbside pickup. I will be going in from now on! I have included a picture from the curbside pickup area sitting in my car. when the car beside me turned their headlights on I could see it on the bottom of the sign..Holler when you get here.?2022/02/22 Fantastic food as usual! Horrible quality control here. Burger was soggy, I found a bread clip in my wrapping, fries were squished and soggy, toppings were falling all out of the burger. Yuck, do not recommend.
Had an issue with online order via app. The store advised me they have no control over the app and cannot be held responsible for glitches that happen on the app. Contacted customer service on the app and got similar response, except they advised the store was responsible for resolving my issue. Not very helpful. The food was great though, hence 2 stars.
Just ate in the restaurant and food was horrible. It was actually cold! Burgers were over cooked and dried out. Tasteless. Couldn’t even see the cheese there was so little of it and the lettuce had hard white pieces that should have been discarded. My Cafe Java shake tasted just like chocolate. $36 for burgers for two people…wasted my money.
