We went today 5 adults 2 children our waiter it seemed like he had an attitude the whole time then my mom had ordered first well when our food came out hers did not come out with the rest of the food our waiter did not even notice it until another person from our table had said something then he goes back and about a couple minutes later comes back out and give her a basket of fries and said they’re cooking it now..then we got a chili it was cold. A manager had came over and asked how everything was we told him what was going on did not even apologize did not even acknowledge anything did not even offer to take money off our bill did NOTHING. Worst service ever did not even seem like they cared one bit. I will be contacting BBB…
went for mother's day, keys were somehow lost and nowhere in the building. they couldn't access cameras not even the manager so I sat waiting for a spare for 2 hours at my vehicle. Im pretty sure they must of been picked up and taken by someone since they were never found and no one can view the camera footage and that itself is not good at all in many aspects. I was asked if I was sure I had them..no I pushed my vehicle here!
Had lunch today. Friendly servers, good service, apple pecan salad was yummy. French fries are always hot and good, as are sweet potato fries. Beyond burgers also good- any burger can be substituted.
My server Dorian was amazing today!! He was very helpful and knowledgeable and kept me laughing. Great service from a great server!!!! Keep up the good work D!
Stopped in after travel for a couple beers and small plates. This place got busier as the night wore on. Seems to have a beer glass club that everyone belongs to. The food was good. Good selection of beer. Staff worked in teams for good service.
Noah at the Dover location was great,he handled our big party with easy and very helpful and efficient. Definitely recommend!
My husband and I come because the food and drinks are great, and the staff goes above and beyond!!! Our favorite server hands down is Hebrew, who is so kind and friendly! he really makes you feel welcome and is on top of his tables as well, making it look effortless!!! Cant say enough good things about this place, but go here!!!
I was having much with a friend the other day we ordered the crab dip it was delicious. Also, Hebrew our server took care of us and made us laugh! A great place to get some lunch and have a drink. Looking forward to trying more things next time I come.
I came in with my husband to dine in and Hebrew gave us fabulous experience! Give him a raise! Shout out to the kitchen for the food being fresh and hot. We will be going back to see Hebrew!
Our server Hebrew was and amazing server. He paid attention to all our needs. Our drinks were filled with out asking . Very pleasant and energized. Food, and drinks were on point.
