I just had to share my last two experiences at TenderBones Dover DE location. The cashier was as always smiling, friendly and courteous. On both of my last 2 visits Angelo was the chef who prepared my food. OMG the chef special which is a cheesesteak featuring 3 lbs of rib eye steak, peppers, onions and of course cheese and golden crispy fried whiting were sheer perfection and oh so so delicious. The wait was short and Angelo prepared my entrées with love. He was very polite and customer friendly.I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves an awesome cheesesteak and fried fish. Btw fried fish is only available on Friday -Fish Fry Fridays.TenderBones was also rated one of the top locations for a great cheesesteak in Delaware.5 stars for sure!!!
What fabulous food and service!! We stopped on a recommendation while at the dog show at Lums Pond State Park. so very glad we did!! The cheese steak is HUGE and out of this world delicious!! The flavor is beyond compare! Ribs!! Fall off the bone tender meaty rib with a fantastic sauce which also did not disappoint. We got collard greens because you've got to get greens when you can...super taste, not over cooked with flakes of pork, amazing!! Last and definitely NOT least, Mac and cheese!! Never and I mean never have I had such flavor in a Mac and cheese. My only regret is I'm only in this area once a year!! Check this place out, you won't be disappointed!!
Store was closed earlier than when they were supposed to at dover location says they close at 5pm on Sunday but yet they closed at at least 430. Called the bear location and the guy just says we're sold out we ask sold out of what and he says everything so we're closing. Like how are you a business and you're not stocked up properly like how is this acceptable
I had fish on Friday. It was great! Hardy helpings, taste great! Very friendly staff. My wife had the ribs with greens and Mac and cheese. Everything was fantastic! Can’t wait til next Friday!!!!!!
Tonight was the first time for me at TenderBones in Bear Delaware. I heard about this place from a coworker and they were right. The food was amazing. Great flavors, big portions, great friendly staff. Thanks TenderBones for a great meal.

Staff is friendly and the food's pretty tasty the Mac & cheese is clog your arteries and raise your blood pressure cheesy good??? just wished they offered beef options for ribs. Other than that you'll leave satisfied with your tummy on fat fat.

Ribs were good flavor, a sweet apple ish bbq though quite tough for our liking.( @a slow& low reheat can fix that) Pulled pork sandwich was stacked high with tender meat that was good with no sauce. Dirty rice was surprisingly bland except for pieces of grilled brisket that offered a nice flavor. Napkins and utensils provided. Staff helpful and very friendly.
