I've ordered delivery from this location few times because no other Taco Bell location delivers nearby. They have gotten order wrong almost every time. And they never include any sauce packets because they know there's no accountability when ordered from UberEATS or Doordash (they don't even pick up phone calls for wrong orders). Hopefully district manager sees this review so he/she can educate the store manager to provide sauce packets and getting delivery orders correct. Honestly, current manager should be fired and replaced because they clearly don't care about customers and providing good food service for paying customers.
This one is WAY better than the one in Camden. The cashier was polite. The food came out right the first time. The restaurant was clean.
The back + front crew on July 10th at 12:30 were so amazing, seriously the shortest time I’ve ever waited in line and best food from Taco Bell I’ve ever had. They need some praise ??
I've always been kinda iffy about taco bell. Every place I've been to skimps on the meat and fills the rest with a mound of lettuce. But this location does the best outta the ones in Kent County.
Pros: sweetheart staff, $2 Fiesta veggie burrito, $1 egg/cheese/potato breakfast burrito.Cons: low pay causes inadequate staffing, slow service & mistakes. You get what you pay for.Also, they open so late that it's difficult to actually order breakfast before they stop serving it.
I did not want to drive through but in person in front of there waited a couple minutes and nobody even noticed I was there. Five people were making tacos and taking orders and I was in front of them but nobody even felt like asking or talking.Little one I ask do you guys take customers inside or should I go to the drive-thru and then they notice and instantly someone came and took my order and she was very helpful. Little one another person quickly delivered the food to me.Only one recommendation I would suggest to the owner is that the employee should at least welcome the people who stand to order.
The food was good I enjoyed it. The service was good and the price was good.
Drive-thru line was quite long but moving very fast efficient and everything was actually in the bag LOL
We almost always stop at Taco Bell in Dover. The food is good, and a great choice when shopping.
One of the better taco bells I personally have been to in a while ..... for the most part. I live up north though... So the Only issue I had here so far is that they game me a large cup of seltzer water. I tried to call to speak with someone to inform them of the syrup being out. The only thing is noone answered the phone here..
