Employees do not want to work and keep unsanitary conditions
I went into subway to order 2 footlongs. The young lady that was making my order was very polite and attentive. The manager decides to get up from her chair and I already knew there was going to be a up charge on one of subs because I wanted 2 different cheeses and she decided to say you know it’s an extra charge? I said yes i know. She has the nastiest attitude with me. As I was continuing to place my order, mind you I am a multi racial woman. Here comes in a Caucasian man, and she asked him was he picking up an order and he said yes. She then proceeded to be sweet and polite to him. Telling him to have a good day and all. At that moment I felt for the first time in my life racially profiled. That was the most terrible first time experiencing something like that. Normally I do not do reviews but today I wanted to warn anyone to not go to this subway. Unacceptable service from the manager, and she talks/treats her customers like they mean nothing to her or her store.
Beyond frustrated after going here for 13+ yrs, I will NOT be returning to rt10, I will however continue my business with the sweet Indian couple on rt8. The short, white lady at rt10 needs a lesson on customer service and on how to talk to her co-workers!
The short blonde woman was insanely rude basically told me this isn't burger King you can't have your way straight said we don't do it like that got mad at me cause I wanted the sauce on the bread and the veggies on before the meat it was like she was mad I has the audacity to pick her subway for lunch. 10/10 would not recommend.
Trying to be a real sub store instead of what they are known for. Bring back $5 Footlooooong!
The people there are very rude. I came in to order two foot longs and I wanted them to be veggies. I had them toast it and after toasting the guy started putting veggies on and I asked him to o not put tomatoes on one of the foot long and they got mad and said I am gonna refund your money cause I am being petty toward them. I didn’t even raise my voice and asked nicely. He didn’t ask me what I wanted and didn’t do I simply said no tomatoes on one foot long please and they thought I was being petty.
How do you mess up Subway? The lady who works here is how. She’s so rude to customers and her employees. She is bossy and treats everyone horribly. Don’t even try to ask for a little extra veggies. It’s almost like she gives less. Not sure her name but you’ll notice her when you go here. Or don’t go here and don’t experience bad service
The food is good but the music is to loudly
Do not order from here!! I ordered DoorDash and my sub had two pieces of meat the Mayo was smeared all over the sub there was hardly ANY lettuce the sub was sloppy there was more bread then meat I will never order from subway again. They have gone down so bad
The woman’s customer service was very poor customer service. One employee discriminated against my handicapped father. My father can not stand for long periods of time due to health issues. And got very smart about him sitting. If I could give zero stars I would
