The food was good, temperature was hot, various selections. The waitress was not as attentive as she could have been. After waiting for awhile for her to return, I had to ask for silverware from another staff. I didnât like the isolated feel, being placed in the back room, at a large table just for one, even though I had reservations.
The atmosphere is very elegant looking food/dessert presentation awesome food/dessert & drinks was delicious the staff was wonderful they never let our glass run empty or low. Would highly recommend to try this restaurant at least once to find out for yourself.
The Royal Prime is a phenomenal place to have brunch. Whether you are celebrating a special day or just want a variety of fulfilling foods to eat this is the place to go. The ambiance is awesome, the food is outstanding, I could go on and on. I have been there at least 2 times a month since May. I had my birthday celebration there. I constantly tell everyone I know about this place. AWESOME
Can't call yourself a steak hour if the steaks are disgusting. The steaks were horrible. One of the NY strips was burnt. We ordered well done, but all you tasted was char throughout. The other was supposed to be medium but it was more rare. It has too much fat on it to eat it. When we tried walking in the hostess said next available reservation is 815pm. I went outside and booked on the app and got seated immediately. So I would have had to wait two hours for nothing.
Great food and great service. We try to go back to Royal Prime every other week. I have tried a number of items on the menu and can say that I have never been disappointed
Our server was outstanding , the food was very expensive because everything is sold A La Carte...crazy!! The atmosphere was wonderful & the food was not terrible so we might go back on my Birthday next year!
Our party, of 4, had an incredible dining experience! Our waitress, Linda, was very pleasant and accommodating and pleasant. The food was delicious
Wonderful special evening where we celebrated an engagement of our daughter. The food was amazing, the wine choices absolutely perfect, and Gabby our waitress made everything feel so special. Have already starting friends to give it a try.
We had the thick cut bacon for appetizer and it was burnt and dry. I had the filet and it was burnt. We have eaten here several times in the past and always had a good meal. We have always had good service there
Wasnât worth the walk upstairs. NYC prices without the quality found in NYC restaurants.
