Went to RedRobin for the first and last time! They should be named Red Rob you! 15.99 for a burger that is smaller than a whopper. Was expecting at least a thick 8 oz butger cooked to order. The gourmet burger was not made to order and is cooked and served at 160 degrees which is well done! Crispy and burnt on the outside and dry in the inside! The Dover location air conditioning was so cold I had to put on a heavy hoodie to avoid freezing to death. Service was slow and a 1/2 hour past before food was served. Eat here at your own financial risk as the qiality of the food is not worth the price!
On my last visit I had a young woman named Sarah as my server. She was very slow and kept disappearing. Every time I would spot her she was on her cell phone..I didn't realize at the time where I'd seen her before but I do now. A friend of mine had showed me some photos. She sells nude photos and videos online through social networking apps. The money goes to feeding a heroin addiction. I will not return. Not willing to catch anything from someone serving me food. It's now clear to me that she was high at work and not performing her job correctly.
Food is good, however, everything else not.We visited Red Robin on a Sunday evening around 7pm for my daughter's birthday. We stood in the front for more than 10 minutes, and nobody helped us. Finally a waitress came by and sat.After we placed our order, it took a very long time for the food to arrive when there were only probably 4 tables.The food finally came, and the burgers were very good.By the time we were getting ready to leave, we asked for boxes. So there were 4 of us, all had leftovers, the waitress only brought 2 boxes.So overall, the experience was not very good. I would go for pickup only in the future.
Worst customer service and food! We have eaten at this location a couple of times and each time it just gets worse. Went in tonight at 6...not many customers, only 5 or 6 tables full as we entered, which we found odd for a Sunday night. They did have a sign on the door explaining they were short staffed so we were prepared for a wait. We didn't have to wait for a table at all because it was pretty empty. Drinks and appetizers came out pretty fast. The entrees took forever and at that point there were only 3 tables of customers. Never saw our waiter again until the food came out. The whole table was out of drinks, never came to check if we needed refills. He brought the food out and still didn't notice our drinks were empty. I had to ask for refills. We found it odd that as soon as he walked away the what we believed to be was a manager came over to us apologizing for one of the burgers taking so long. That was the first time we had even heard anything about it taking longer. We still haven't had a chance to take a bite of food yet so of course we didn't have complaints yet which we later figured out was why he came to our table so quickly because he knew it was going to be bad! The burger that supposedly made the wait for our food longer was under cooked! My crispy chicken sandwich was burnt to the point where you could taste the burnt and my fries were burnt crumbs! I wish I took pictures because it was so bad! One of the other burgers had a massive amount of Mayo on it and some other unknown sweet sauce (looked like bbq sauce but it wasn't), it was supposed to be a plain burger. After we complained about the food we were completely dismissed. The waiter started cleaning up the table as one person was still trying to eat. Reaching all over their food and directly in front of there face as they're chewing. Tonight was the worst experience and final straw! I have loved every other location I have been to which is quite a few but this will be our last trip to this location!
Solid burgers, but everything else is average or less. The service is usually good and timely. Would love them to be a full bar and not only their standard drinks, which all seem super sweet.
Burgers were lukewarm and one was cold. Second burger was cold too. Chili had to be sent back too because 1st bowl was cold.
Service was good but food not hot
Idk what's going on with the Dover location, past two Mondays burgers were burned.
Went there after church, not crowded at all. I Got the black and blue burger - yummy. ? Wait staff was very friendly. Very clean inside and a lot of room.
Absolutely loved the food and the service. My waitress was Sarah. She took my order promptly and really knew what to suggest since it was my first time there. Checked back to ask if I liked it and asked if there was anything else she could get for me. The whole experience was fantastic. Sarah was a rockstar. Highly recommend Red Robin and I will be coming back.
