Order was hot and fresh. What a tasty meal! First time at this establishment and was pretty satisfied with my overall experience, especially for how late we ordered! Thank you to the staff awesome work!
In a world of disappearing pizza huts we stumbled upon this on on a drive up rt 1. To our pleasant surprise at 11 pm they where still open and ready to cook up some delishisnous. Bread sticks where seasoned perfect, pizza was good, and cinnamon sticks where a perfect ending. Nice job yall!!
Its good as long as the right ppl are there some care and some just want to get the food out. Experienced my pizza being put on someone else's porch. Glad I have good neighbors and good neighborhood
Customers were not greeted. We had to wait until they realized people were there in the front. Food was nice and hot however, food was burnt and dry. The cheese sticks look like regular burnt breadsticks.They could be just having a bad day.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE I MOVED TO DELAWARE. Yesterday was my son’s birthday. He was visiting from NY and was craving Pizza Hut. I usually pick up from this location so I called ahead to see if they delivered to my house. ROBIN was the person who answered the phone. RUDE. I asked if they delivered here and she snapped I need to know order first. After I told her she said yes. I explained that I needed ordered for 7:30 pm. It was for a party. If it was an issue I would gladly pick up. She handed phone to another girl and I went over whole order again with her and even asked her to read order and address and 7:30 instructions back to me. She assured me she had it all and hung up. I had a bad feeling but was hopeful. 40 minutes later there’s a knock at my door ( 6 pm). I was so upset. My bf was still at work and guests weren’t even here yet. The driver MARQ was Great. I called Robin back and she was extremely rude. Said they were busy. Then said the second girl on phone forgot to write down the time. Then said they couldn’t remake because there’s no pizza shells. UNREAL. I was ready to cry $56 for nothing. She told me there’s nothing she can do. Eat the pizza and hung up on me. MARQ was so understanding and said he would try to work on something and call me and let me know if he could help me out. He didn’t call… instead at 7:40 he returned to my house with fresh pizzas that he said he personally made. (Wasn’t same order but I appreciated him)And all the sauces that I paid for the first time and never received. I tried to call manager several times today and they put me on hold before I can say a word. I HOPE PEOPLE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE THEY DECIDE TO ORDER. WILL SAVE YOU THE HEADACHE. I also hope corporate/owners see this and do 2 things…1) seriously observe their staff and acknowledge how rude they are and deal w/ them accordingly. 2). I PRAY MARQ GETS A RAISE/PROMOTION. SOMETHING. HE SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY PERSON WITH MANNERS AND RESPECT. I wish I could hire him for something. He was that awesome… I even gave him a hug. I was in tears by the second time he came. MARQ I appreciate you. You saved my sons Birthday. Sorry for the long rant. Had to put it somewhere since I can’t get ahold of management and they haven’t called me today,as requested. Good luck ?
This is what I get over an hour after my order. It was supposed to be fresh out of the oven from what they said over the phone. Nope. Too much sauce on the pizza. No sauce for the bread sticks they I guess they forgot to season. The cinnamon sticks were ok at least.
STOP!!dont order.!! form this location they reheat old pizza and deliver it to the customer sold as fresh!! we also ordered an extra cheese pizza and got something completely different!! The manager at this location is also rude towards the customer when we called about the issue and she just blew us off unprofessional . dont order from this location
Pizza was okay, breadsticks hard, and we ordered the dinner box and didn’t get the dinner box. We got a circle pizza with barely any pepperoni on it in one box and then my garlic breadsticks next to my cinnamon sticks in another box.
Worst customer service evere. They wouldn't finish taken my order. I waited for 5 minutes just to be waited on. And the attitude like I didn't matter was very ignorant! I used to love pizza hut! Now I see why I stopped going and see why they are all shutting down! No customer service! If you wanna keep to your slogan " No one out pizzas the hut" you might wanna get some better employees with better customer service!
I ordered delivery online and paid ahead. This store cancelled my food order because they didn’t have an available driver. They say they tried to contact me, yet I had no missed calls on my phone, nothing in my email. I waited until the food was 40 minutes late only to call and find out they never even made it. I have a family of five at home waiting for dinner and now nothing to feed them. The worst was that they weren’t even apologetic and did not offer to make the food or anything. They were very matter of fact about it.
