This is a great restaurant! The food is amazing and the service is just as great. There is a good variety in the menu to choose from. Our food was brought out in a very timely manner as well. On top of that, the family who works there are all super friendly and are on top of everything. If you need anything, be it a refill or silverware, they are always there at the right time. No having to wait the whole time for anything. Overall this place is amazing. My friends and I will certainly visit again.
Best Pho I've ever had, and better than the one in Pho Viet. The beef flavor broth is bursting with flavor not salty or too sweet. And the steak flanks are super juicy and not too chewy. Give this place a try if you haven't. They also have MILITARY DISCOUNT. Hands down the best place for comfort food.??
Modern, clean and nice dining room. Staff very courteous and attentive. I had the pork belly Bahn mi with spring rolls. Very nice and can’t wait to go back. I’ve visited Viet Nam several times and prefer food at this restaurant over what I had in Southern Viet Nam.
To start, Great environment with humble and passionate people. Since relocating to Delaware it's been a struggle to find some affordable and delicious along the lines of Vietnamese cuisine. From entry till exit I was greeted instantly and seated by one of the most pleasant hostesses I've came across, everything was served fresh and hot. All the amenities and condiments were at your disposal without needing to ask as well which is nice in the past I've needed to ask for the red chili paste and here I didn't have to do that. But aside from the affordability and overall caring staff the food was phenomenal the broth was perfect the noodles were great and the Vietnamese style meatballs were perfect. I've never given 100% gratituity until I've visited this establishment. Upon exiting I gave praise to the owner shared some experiences and some tears. I will without a doubt be returning here. Thank you again for the amazing service. Nothing but love.

The girl waiting on us warned me the large Pho was big but I'm so glad I was able to take some home. I would recommend this place to everyone!
Legit the best Viet restaurant in Dover. PHO here is great. I like the atmosphere of this place, and my Pho always comes out fast and freshly hot. Staffs are friendly and caring. Love going here every weekend!
Had a great lunch with friends. Waitress was very helpful in suggesting items we might like as none of us had ever eaten Vietnamese food before. Everything was delicious. Will definitely eat here again.

Great service and amazing Pho. Portions are immense. Go here hungry. The broth was so good. Lots of options to choose from. Clean, well lit and friendly. Will I be back? Hell, yes. I will schedule trips around my next meal @ Pho Saigon.
Food is delicious! Best vietnamese restaurant in town, don't bother going anywhere else. The restaurant can get a little loud but other than that everything is great.
