I cannot get over how good their shrimp ravioli is. All the other food is exceptional as well and the dining experience is one of a kind.
We ordered the meat lover pizza and we were not disappointed and at its price was not a bad deal.
Consistently good service, clean restaurant, surprisingly good variety of music (e.g. jazz, instrumental, and occasionally rock), and an impressively diverse menu that meets my family's diverse pallets. I favor the protein plate, my wife the salmon or a good burger or wrap, and my son pizza . . . always pizza, which is their staple, and they do it well.Highly recommend.
I've always ordered pizza from here and it's never disappointed. There menu has too many items, in my opinion. So I stick to what they're known for.
Nice place, good service but they removed our favorite dish, sausage & shrimp over penne pasta, from the menu.
I placed an order with an anticipated wait time of an hour. When the first driver arrived he PRE FILLED THE AMOUNT OF TIP TO LEAVE on his electronic device and just told me to sign, gave me my food and walked away...I proceeded to sign not realizing that he had already selected the amount for the tip. I was a bit taken back by this because i was not given the option to select the amount of a tip i wanted. I then opened the bag and food and realized that it was not what i ordered. I hurried up and ran to the door to stop the driver to advise that this was not my food. The driver explained that he did not check the food and called to the store. The store advised that another driver would be bringing the food. The same food that i touched and opened was delivered then placed back in the vehicle to be delivered to the correct person. How disgusting with COVID still going on. I immediately called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I explained to the manager how I was uncomfortable with the customer service I received from the driver and that i was bothered how the next person was about to receive food that I touched and opened. I explained how unsanitary and disgusting this was and advised I would be leaving a review and also due to the poor customer service asked for my money back and they keep the food. I asked specifically "how could we fix this?". The manager immediately took what I said personal explaining that she doesn't take kindly to threats and doesn't like my tone- not taking into consideration that this was not about HER. This was about ME the CUSTOMER. Of course my tone is not going to be pleasant with what I JUST experienced and NOW am experiencing. The manager did not try to rectify the situation and was very combative. I asked if she would refund my money and keep the food. She agreed and when I asked for her name SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I called back to the store- and advised that I needed the name of the manager that had just hung up on me. The person on the line advised that "The Manager" was not comfortable giving me her name since I mentioned that I would be filing a complaint" AND HUNG UP AGAIN!A second driver arrived about 15 minutes later, he was much more pleasant and personable. He delivered the correct order, I asked him who was the managers on duty and he advised that it was SAM and MARA. MARA is over deliveries.I went to the store because I still wanted my refund and at this point I don't want nor trust your food. Mara was present- and yet still very unapologetic about how she handled my complaint. I asked for a receipt to show that she refunded my money. YALL- THE ORDER WAS NEVER REFUNDED LIKE SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO!!!Mara never advised on how she could make this experience better. Even if she couldn't refund the money there was nothing complimentary even offered. Mara never apologized and internalized the situation making it seem as though I was attacking her. As a manager there are proper protocols to follow when it comes to conflict resolution. Mara definitely needs to be retrained or put on fries.DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
Great service. Great ppl. Great attitudes. Great food...great hearts. Attention to detail of customers needs with alwayss staying focused on serving her guest. Just like Christ our King did in the Bible. If it wasnt for Covid then I would have given her a hug and told her how much Jesus loves her
I'm a big fan of their sausage ziti, I get it everytime! Great value for what ends up being 2 meals for me. We usually have the food delivered. The drivers have been good, quick and respectful of the property. We recently stopped in for take out - the restaurant still looks brand new, clean and inviting.
We eat here every week. The service is great, the food is abundant and delicious. Sadly they raised their prices and cut back on their portions just in the last week.
Ordered a plain cheese steak on a sub roll ( only cheese and steak ), fries and a quesadilla.. an hour and a half later I get a text message from the driver that he's here but doesn't know the code to open my door ( an issue the first driver didn't have; i've only ordered here twice).. and due to him not having the code he was driving to his next delivery which was 20 minutes away.. he said this as if it was perfectly fine to wait while my food rode around with him for the better part of another hour.. the manager seemed to think that my request for a refund and cancellation of the order was completely unreasonable.. what was unreasonable to me was the fact that in 15 minutes I drove to the location ordered my wife's cheese steak which took 10 minutes to make and was home before getting a text from the driver letting me know he was bringing me the cancelled order...not the best experience. wouldn't recommend.
