I ordered a agave lemonade and was given tea instead. I order this drink almost everyday.. I told the cashier that it wasn’t lemonade…. And it’s not this color. But she kept going back and forth claiming that it was instead of changing it. So now I’m stuck with this disgusting tea. Highly dissatisfied especially after waiting forever in the drive thru. Very disappointing lobster items. Lobster was so rubbery and lacking any flavor. For the price I paid (almost $40 dollars) I will never purchase again. This has completely turned me off to Panera Bread. Never again.Staff was friendly. They were the only good thing to come for this visit.
Not impressed. The breakfast brioche bacon cheese and egg was mediocre at best. I almost missed the tiny strip of cheese. The cinnamon bun was dry and looked like it had been patched together after a mishap on the way to the box. It was interesting ordering from the kiosk. I really didn't mind that too much but there is something to be said for service with a smile. On the bright side it was very clean and welcoming.

Panera is essentially one of the best restaurants to go to. For fresh breakfast lunch and dinner items. The new chicken sandwich is by far one of the tastiest chicken sandwiches and restaurant has to offer.
they were out of white bread. gave the much smaller tomato basil bread. I purchased a whole sand which and got this tiny creation with burnt cheese at the top. Not a great location
I really enjoyed having lunch here at Panera today. I got the Mac n cheese bread bowl, which if you haven't had, you have to get! The food was great and the cashier was nice.

Order was ready and waiting, on time, and correct. Soup could have been hotter but for me it was a good reason temp.
I love their squash soup. Sour dough bread to die for. Not easy to order from the automatic menu. But I'm on the other side of middle age.
