I'm not sure if it's just this location or the company as a whole, but Olive Garden has fallen off in the recent years. The menu is very limited, and the food just doesn't taste as good as it did before. The soup and salad are the best way to go, and the breadsticks are still a hit. The strawberry shortcake is the only dessert on the menu that is worth ordering, but it is a little pricey for the slice size.
Our server Unius was Amazing, very attentive, polite, prompt and every thing you would ask of a very seasoned professional server. BTW the food was fantastic so kudos to the kitchen staff.
This location is normally good, but service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The amount of dust on the light fixtures and counters next to our table, debris on the floor, and abandoned server trays left leaning against the wall made me feel like it's been weeks since real attention to cleaning has been paid. And the server was absent much of our visit, we ended up ordering a drink from their table top tablet and she acknowledged it when she brought our food, but didn't bring the drink until we were finished eating. We had to eat around stacked plates since nobody bussed salad plates when the entrees came out. The kids food was cold and came out well before the adults entrees, but ours was warm.
I'm not really an Olive Garden person. It was my friend's Birthday, she had never gone to Olive Garden, so I took her. She loved everything the friendly, professional staff, the great atmosphere. She loved her food so much we are planning a return trip.
My trip was eh, there was a wait which wasn't a problem. They quoted my self and my mom a party if two a wait for 15 min and they were accurate . So while we waited we enjoyed a peach Bellini at the bar. Which was just poured into a plan wine glass. Once we got to our table we ordered addition drinks and soup and salad. All of these things were fine. At dinner time, out food came out completely incorrect both of our dishes. I order chicken Alfredo with crispy chicken. And it came out with grill children. My mother order the Chicken scampi and it came out shrimp scampi . All wrong. So the waitressed apologize and said it was all her fault. The. Maybe 7 min latter out correct food came. Sounds great an all . Until later that night when both her and I are now very sick with food poison. And in cases you wanted to know, This olive garden meal was the only food and drinks we consumed yesterday . It will be a while, if ever that we go back.
We had a great server this last time. She was always easy to find and checked on us regularly without it being too much. The food at this location is always very good and the hosts/hostesses are so friendly and funny. Love this place!
It was very good I will be coming back ASAP. My man loved it too so much that he wants to plan more do we can eat here again.
The menu here is very appetizing and usually the service pretty good. However, I have noticed that the practice of clearing plates once the meal finished has stopped. I had to ask my server before dessert to take my plate.
Thank you to Dustin who was friendly and helpful. I placed a large order to take to the hospital, and he went above and beyond to help out. Will definitely do this again.
Had to have a booth in the bar area, a little noisy, the waitress was the best we have ever had there, attentive, friendly and really on the ball. With both had soup and salad which arrived in 5 mins
