Pleasant and efficient staff. My breakfast sandwich was perfect
It's McDonald's alright. You know what you're getting into. Service was speedy though, even when they're backed up you're not waiting too long
The staff at this McDonald’s is great but it’s disappointing that they do not honor the deals that are on the McDonald’s app. Shame on you. This location is right outside an Air Force base. If anyone should be getting a deal it’s our men and women in uniform. Typical corporate greed.
Horrible service. Ordered a 1/2 pounder/small fry @ drive-thru. I was asked to pull up with another car and told it would be '2 seconds' because she didn't want to let her timer run over. FIVE minutes later they gave my order to the other car. He took it back inside, then the employee came out and tried to give me the same bag. When I told her I didn't want the same food that a stranger had handled, she started cursing and took it back inside. I had to go inside to get my food to make sure I didn't get food that some stranger had pawed through. Customer service is horrible and employee was incredibly rude. The manager said they were making fresh food for me, but the fries were cold, so that was a lie. It took 15 minutes and getting cussed at to get 1 quarter pounder and 1 small fry - ridiculous! I will never go to this location again and recommend no one else does either!
We were on our way back to PA and needed to grab some breakfast. So we stopped in,it was so clean! Everything was well stocked, the employees were very nice,food came out quickly( I wasn't even finished filling my lg cup of unsweetened tea,and it was being delivered to our table) would definitely visit this McDonalds again.
The food was good, it was clean, but we weren't impressed by the staff. The young man taking our order was impatient and it took ages to get food.
The new lighter Dr. Pepper, they wouldn’t replace the drink at the window even though you could see that the syrup needed to be replaced. Tasted as bad as it looks. Food was hot.
So clean. Great decor. Amazing service. And the manager for no reason gave my kids cookies and made their day!! We will avoid the McDonald’s next to our house to use this one next time. Well done.
Nice cashier. But had to be parked for our order. Took about 12 minutes to receive our order from the time it was placed at the speaker. Food was great though!!!
The employees were as friendly as they could be,although they seemed understaffed as every car in the drive thru had to be parked and wait for the food. That being said the food was fresh, hot, and accurate!
