The employees are always nice and kind but they NEVER get the order right. You get charged and at least one item is missing more often then not.
Ordered a double quarter pounder with no pickles. They told me to pull up and park. 10 minutes later someone finally brought my food out to me. I'm driving down thr rad and grabbed my burger to eat it. The meat was raw! The fries were cold with hardly any salt. So this $10 meal was disappointing and I only had my sweet tea. Nothing else was even edible.
The food was fresh and the employees were great but the one star is given due to the EXTREMELY RUDE and AGGRESSIVE manager that worked tonight 4/28 around 2 am. He cursed and disrespected his staff I was absolutely DISGUSTED . I’ve never seen anyone speak to people like that in my life and no matter the circumstance it is NEVER warranted . I really hope something is done about this because that is a terrible work environment. The staff deserves a raise and an apology . FIRE that manager .
So recently I've been getting ice caramel coffees, And I just love the sweet caramel taste but I have not been tasting sweetness I've been tasting milk. It's like they barely put caramel flavor in the coffee. You need to do better on the flavoring since you put ice and milk inside the coffee together, And then wanna charge extra for caramel flavoring. Not cool
I love this McDonald's...I've NEVER HAD AN ISSUE... Food is hot/good. I actually get breakfast every morning here...courteous, friendly staff.
It's McDonalds... trash in bag but it tastes good.. can u believe they charge 3 bucks for an egg. Sausage McDuffie 119. With egg 419. It's biden ? crazy
I am not a huge fan of McDonald's but today I decided to go with my friend. We ordered online and pulled up. Well, it's been 40 minutes and we still haven't gotten our food. 2 people have come out to check on us and we told them we were waiting on our food. I even went inside and they said they were waiting on fries. So here I am, still waiting. Multiple cars pull up next to us, park, and sit for less than 5 minutes but here I am, still waiting. I'm really not happy about it but I can say that McDonald's has great milkshakes so if you like milkshakes and wasting time def come here :)
Fast, friendly service and my order was correct. That's not always the case at fast food establishments. This McDonald's is usually quite busy but workers including management work hard to satisfy their customers.
Food at Forrest Ave location is always horrible!! Fries are either undercooked or old. Burger buns are rock hard and burgers have been sitting there too long. Anytime I've gone here it's the same problem. $10 for a value meal you can't even eat. Save yourself the time/money and go to another location or restaurant!!
I got to this McDonald’s on 1-20-2022 @ 9pm my door dash order was suppose to be picked up by 9:06pm & the smart little black girl with her hair up in a bun on top of her head she’s lucky she didn’t open that drive thru window because she was very smart on the headset talking about WELL we don’t have that order here SO where is it at? because I contacted door dash and they said you all did have the order on their end your little friends/co-workers probably got to eat it because it was canceled by door dash since you all claimed you didn’t have it you shouldn’t be working here with the smart mouth you got towards customers!!!!
