I had to wait for almost 30mins for my order and I was not told when I ordered that there would be a wait for the items. I was told to pull up and wait after I already paid. Had I known there would have been a half hour wait for the items ahead of time I wouldn't have ordered from that particular McDonald's. I will not be back, because this is not the first time this McDonald's has had issues.
Seems that this store can never figure out race weekend.There was a 45 minute wait if you ordered from the kiosk!
This used to be one the good ones. The employees don't care bout the service they provide. Orders constantly wrong. Sick of having to go back to get corrected. Manager was very professional in fixing the problem without a additude. Employees need to take pride in the service and the job the fullfil. Before you pull away from drive thru check your food completely regardless who's behind you!
They forgot about us in the drive through. We had to come inside and there was our order on the counter while they were making a personal phone call. I get to the bottom of my ice coffee and there was a fly inside.
food was good but is wasn't fast waited 30 minutes for a #2 and a happy meal with no apology
The top part of my breakfast bagel was burned.abd everything that I put extra 4 to go on it I did not get I had 2 take my food up there and show them then they had an employee that was dealing with food couch into her hands twice and never wash her hands she had braids in her hair and she was doing the drivthru .I will never go to there again.
First of all there was only three people in the line myself included. Went up to drive through and they messed my order up. I had a pretty simple order. All I asked for was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, bacon egg and cheese McGriddle, and a steak and egg platter. They gave my order to someone else. Then they had me pull up to the third window to pick up my order. After 5 minutes they asked for a receipt to show proof of purchase. I waited another 10 minutes for my order. When they came back with the order it wasn't even what I asked for and on top of that they still didn't bring the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and McGriddle. I had to wait another five minutes for them to go back and get the sandwiches that I asked for three times before. The steak egg and cheese platter was pitiful and definitely not worth the money. I already try to stay away from McDonald's but this is confirmation and I definitely won't be back at this location again.
It's pretty good here, you just have to double check what you order before driving/leaving off.
Took 20 mins to get my breakfast. Employees were bickering and goofing off. I didn’t get one of my hash browns.People who came in after me were receiving food before me.There was more of a focus on mobile orders and door dashersWorst of all a employees open food and drink were right next to my food bag. I added a photo to the store photos for proof. Won’t be eating here again.
Unlike some other McDonald's...this place is good. Their stuff is good and polite, they bring your curbside order pretty much on time and their fries remain hot and crispy.
