As McDees goes its better than most. Food tasty and fresh, but the staff aren't ignorant kids like most fast food employees.Not that the care more, maybe that's it; but they actually seem happy that your eating there.Ever been out for fast food and the hired help gives you attitude for ordering? Dropped by and went into the restroom to wash my hands first. There was an employee vomiting everywhere and then he went right back to making food. I asked the manager about it and she said she knew and they made "the employees work like that." We paid for our food but promptly left without taking it. Won't ever come back here yuck!
Every time I come my burgers are burnt. And it's obvious. The people are nice but the food needs some work.
I bought a quarter pounder with cheese and the burger was uncooked rare I took it's back and the representative with no problem gave me a refund as well as a fully cooked quarter pounder with cheese that was very nice of her, the customer service there I would give five stars.
The food was nice and hot which is always hit or miss for McDonald's. The outdoor seating area was a nice touch at this location.
If you order a burger you will get a fish filet.If you order nuggets you will get a quarter pounder.if you order sprite you will get water.They cannot get ANY order right if their business depended on it. Just go somewhere else to eat bro. They are jacked up.
Been several times last week and out of 5 times ever once got the correct order ...then turn around come back argue about it prove I'm right .. I go to the new one in Camden now
They have a bad order verification process at this location. As a third party delivery contractor and a customer I have had orders missing, incomplete or given to the wrong person. Managers hold no empathy for the customer's perspective. I would recommend ordering from any other McDonald's location in Dover.
I went here to get a kids meal. I would avoid this kind of place if at all possible. The mixture of salt, fat and sugar makes this food addictive. You can't live on this stuff.
