Fabulous cook. I believe his name was Austin. Honestly the stake melted in my mouth. Up and coming cook without a doubt!! Bartender who's daughter has a birthday tomorrow was also outstanding!! Manager/general manager was one of a kind. Don't remember his name but he was a black gentleman......terrific all the way around!! Got lucky picking the right place to eat at tonight! Continue the great work for future customers! You are building something great!

Not up to chain standard. Our local Longhorn has always been top-notch, so we figured we'd stop here for our last dinner of vacation... It was good, but only good. Maybe our local one is above average? The food was good, but the strip steak had more gristle than I'm accustomed too, and the service was quite slow, despite not having a full dining room. Then our server seemed more interested in turning the table than serving; she didn't even offer dessert options before asking if we wanted the check. We'll continue to go to our local Longhorn, but there's too much competition in Dover to miss details like these.

We waited an hour for entrees, food was sub par. Baked sweet potato came with a literal pile of cinnamon sugar on it.

Never again. First and last time. Ordered the sirloin. Server told me that since first time there I really don't want sirloin. I don't eat large meals so 6 oz was enough.I was served a piece of dried up leather that was barely edible. Hate to see what well done would have looked like. Quite frankly, I would have sent it back but due to the company I was with didn't want to make an issue. Server had said Sirloin wasn't going to be good. I thought he was just trying to sell me more expensive cut but I really felt I didn't need more than a 6 Oz serving. The 6 Oz sirloin at Texas Roadhouse is never dried up and costs less so has nothing to do with cut or cost.

This is the first time having LongHorn Steakhouse on the east coast. My wife and I decided to order utilizing curbside pickup. As we got home, we find out that they put my side order with my wife’s entree and completely forgot hers. When I tried to call them, it was a 6 minute wait to talk to somebody then when I finally did get a hold of someone, they instantly put me on hold after I told them they forgot one of the side orders that we paid for. We continued to wait an additional 11 minutes on hold before just giving up since our food was getting cold. How hard is it to read 2 orders and verify before sending it out to the customer? I even tipped money online before coming to pickup our order. I feel stupid for doing so because we got horrible service. The steak was loaded with inedible fat and tasted sour. This experience alone is enough for us to never go back to LongHorn steakhouse again.

Great service and great meal..... my only complaint is if you don't know how to make a drink then ask! A proper Tom Collins should be served with a fruit garnish... orange ? wedge and a cherry ? or two is the minimum. A lemon ? or lime wedge is also nice. The first go round had no fruit at all and was served as it was made with no stirring so all the simple syrup was separated from the gin. It's called a "mixed" drink ? for a reason! The second one I asked for the fruit but it was still barely mixed. Otherwise a great meal as per usual! ?

Our experience started with the host calling us by the wrong name, then we had 12 minutes of being totally ignored before anyone came to greet us. This was followed by another long wait for our food. We ordered a poterhouse cooked medium and we received a charred one. Barely edible, definitely not good. Literally the only taste was from the charred bits as it was way overcooked and had no seasoning at all. Our server finally came to check on us after we had contacted the manager. The only good thing about the whole meal was that they gave us 2 small sweet potatoes instead of 1 large one as we were sharing such a big steak. Horrible experience and one we will NOT repeat at this location.

We ordered the 6 piece chicken tender meal and 12oz new York strip, everything tasted amazing and was fresh and hot. Our waitress was beyond incredible and constantly came to our table to check in on us. We will definitely be back for dinner. ?

They have nice environment for dine-in ....food was tasty, especially the chicken bites.....Their steak was juicy and delicious.... If only there weren't a fly roaming around, I would give full five stars. If you want to enjoy great steak in affordable price, this place is great.
