Last time my husband & I ate there the waitress was rude. Then just left. We had to go to another person for the check. She was rude & never returned. No one seemed to care. I will never go there agsin. Years ago a friend & I got something bad & we were sick for 2 days. We called they didn’t care.
Something changed...The quality of meat, the prices, and loss of certain staff members is detrimental...I used to visit this place weekly... now if I go, it’s on a accident, and I just turn around and leave.I understand that “COVID” has been hard on businesses, but that doesn’t excuse changing your core seasonings (in regards to taco meat, etc) just to save some $$.Id be willing to pay slightly more if it was for the same product id enjoyed in the past but, no...They not only increased the prices, they changed their fu
I walked into this nicely decorated establishment and sat at the bar and didn’t receive my 1 st drink until 30 mins later keep in mind another couple (white) were served as soon as they got in the bartender just kept ignoring me the whole time and made me feel like i was 100 % not welcomed I had a few 2 other ppl ask me what i would like to drink and still waited as the couple next to me was already on drink 2. The tacos ? honestly were the worst tacos I have ever eaten … very little steak served on a flour tortilla and overall not very tasty or filling. All in all i waited around a hour to get tacos and drinks at a bar that was serving people all around me and the food wasn't even worth the wait. highly disappointed.Will not return would not recommend.
The restaurant was packed as of Cinco De Mayo, which we already knew. The service was good as per Zuleka who was our waitress. The food was very good as for it being crowded and short staff. The restaurant has alot of historic features of Mexico. It was nice to see that. I probably come back when it's not busy just to get a better experience.
We walked into an argument and they continued arguing then finally decided to seat us. The service was terrible the guy that seemed to be in charge was continuously arguing with staff while we were waiting for food. When we requested special items he made it seem as if it was an issue because we wanted to make the order special by just adding a few things. The bar tenders were excellent, Drinks were nice and strong. next visit hopefully things will be better.
Ate dinner here last night. Should have went to La Hacienda and waited(been to La Hacienda a few times even 30 min before closing and never disappointed). Family of 4, we all got diffrent things. Nothing was good, I ordered tacos with rice as my side. They served me maybe 1/4 cup of rice. I ordered salsa and cheese dip. $3.99 for the cheese dip to be cold and clumpy. And there was less than 1/2 of both cheese and salsa dip. They were not busy. My tacos were soggy, the chips were stale and hurt our teeth to even eat.
My wife and I enjoy eating here food is very good and service is very friendly. But order pick up not so good food is a mess to eat . We ordered chalupas but both of the chalupas are on top of each other which is a mess but very good . And another Santa Fe was very good except for the cheese wasn't melted on it. But other than that this restaurant is very good place to go eat.
Ordered 2 pollo asado and 2 bean burrito. The rice had peas, corn and lettuce in it. The chicken was not seasoned.the bean burritos were so dry. We didn’t finish the food and ended up throwing it away. For $40 I expected more. Should have stuck with El Nopal. This place is trash

Do you like Mexican food, stay home and make it yourself! I had chicken enchiladas and the meat was crunchy. Any guess as to how long chicken has to sit on a hot plate in order to ring out enough of the juices to make it that way?! I didn't want to think about it.... My wife's pork tacos were about the same. My other family members didn't think so much about their meals either. Never go back!
