It was my brother and I first time at the restaurant. The waitress was horrible. We ordered food and had to wait for about 45 minutes before I went to the bar to ask were our food was. I waitress served us our appetizer and never came back to check on us. When I went to the bar (where the waitress was hiding out at) and asked the status of the food she said what and asked a gentleman who worked in the kitchen to check on it. I sat back down and never heard anything back. That is when we talked to the manager. The manager Dan was amazing. He went to check on our food. He advised the system went down and they were doing tickets by hand. It had gone down 25 minutes before he came over. Our waitress Teresa never advised us of any of this. When the manager was advising us of this the gentleman from the back who was supposed to be checking on my food came out to verify our order. This told me that they had not even started on it. People who had come in after us were eating. When the waitress finally showed back up I tried to advise her all she had to was communicate the issue to us. She never checked on us. She dismissed me and acted like what I said didn’t matter. When we asked to speak to the owner he conveniently was not available but he had been walking around all night before that. Dan and the food was amazing but I had a horrible experience at the restaurant. I will never patronize that establishment or any associated with it again. First and last time there

A hidden gem in Dover DE. It's a real a nice cozy restaurant. The food was good and the drinks were good as well. Had a great dinner here.

The service wasn't great, will the waitress we had. They brought me out the wrong food but I just figured she wrote it wrong and decided not to make a fuss. The male waiter/ bartender came over and figured it out. Apologized tried to right it but I said it was OK. Wish my son and I got him instead of the waitress we had. The food was OK, the portions were small for the price. The experience wasn't good (that's not referencing wrong food, things happen), doubt we'll be back.

The service was great and the food was delicious. We arrived around 1pm after the lunch rush.

The food is tasty, I have been here for lunch multiple times this week and they never disappoint. The Marggs do come with a lot of ice in a GIANT glass, they don’t come off strong at all BUT, they do taste good. The bar is small and the dining room has most of the seating. The servers are great and the place is busy at times. Overalls good lunch spot.

The food was good & the service was excellent. The layout was disconcerting. The bar area was the first thing I saw when I walked in. I was expecting it to be tucked away from the main view. I sat at the bar & struck up conversations with a few other customers. It's a friendly crowd.

The chicken torta is tasty, the burritos are good, the fajitas are good (and I don't like those), but I love burrito bowls and pico - the shredded chicken burrito is my favorite. And if you are a fan of sweet cornbread, you have to try the corn cake. Their white queso is delicious. The decor is nice, and the service is good.

We love La Hacienda! We usually stop there after 4-H activities at the Kent County Levy Court. The food and the service is great. They have an extensive food menu and also offer a bunch of different, tasty, margaritas. Make sure you get the corn cake as the side! I would definitely recommend La Hacienda.

This is definitely the better of the two La Ha locations. I’ve been here several times with different party sizes and have always had a great experience. The staff is always happy to answer questions or make recommendations. Their drink menu has something for everyone and I dream about the queso. Definitely check this location out if you are in the area!

? was exquisite I'm from Charlotte and they were A+
