I have come here 3 times for a meal and everytime they are out of something. You literally sell 1 product a few different ways, how are you always out…..
Twice in 2 weeks we've gone there to get buckets of chicken and tenders and both times they had no chicken. This has been a hot topic on the next door app as others are greeted by surly employees and no food to buy. Won't stay in business long with this model, I mean, you have one job...its in the name.
Went to kfc to order 8 pcs chicken and the lady said they don't have chicken for family meal.. what is Kentucky fry chicken if you don't have chicken why are you even operating. Last time I came they didn't have biscuits. Why are you open to the public if you cant sell your signature meal chicken... ? ?
This place is the worst. I asked for a 12-pc tenders bucket (family meal) and was denied bc they were down a fryer. I then asked for 3 4-pc tenders combos that they were willing to fulfill...wait a minute. My original bucket order would have consisted of 12 tenders total, the same as 3 combos, but manager still refused give me a family meal deal. I thought I was done with this place until I showed up at 1130 for lunch. Google says they're open, lady at the window says they won't open til 1200 that day. Must be working on 2 two fryers now.
If I can give a negative rating, it would certainly be the lowest!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! We went through the drive through planning to order a Family Meal and the lady taking orders was the rudest person I have ever encountered! She said that they weren't taking any family meals. Got it! I proceeded to go with 2 combo meals, thinking that it was only Family meals they couldn't fulfill! She said that I was still trying to place a similar order and that she didn't understand why I couldn't get what she meant!! That is absolutely disrespectful! She could have just said that they were only taking single orders! Just absolutely disrespectful! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! This happened at approximately 8:20 PM on May 22, 2022!
Had my first KFC Chicken Sandwich today and it was bigger, fresher and taste better then Chick-fil-A. You could even tell it was a real piece of chicken not chicken that's molded to look like it. Let's face it. The Cornell has been making chicken longer than anyone else. He knows chicken. Why not treat yourself to the best.
I’m never one to call fast food staff “rude” because i know first hand how stressful it can be. But we just now pulled up to the empty drive through and the woman who took our order was EXTREMELY rude. Floored my fiancé and i. She spat so much attitude within seconds of us pulling up. No excuse to treat polite people like this. Had to immediately drive away without completing our order.
I have been there 2 times and both times the first 3 pieces of original chicken was good and the rest of the 12 piece bucket was over cooked and very dark in color. So over cooked not able to even bite into it. That was the last time I will do kfc ever again. They had 2 chances and failed both time. I will be getting my chicken somewhere else and so will everyone I work with and know. If this is the way kfc treats their customers they will go under soon. It's so sad.
Very disappointed. The Family Meal Deal, now only comes with two sides, no cole slaw. The biscuits were flat and hard. The gravy lid was not on correctly and it got spilled. The chicken had been cooked for a while. The price on the menu board was incorrect. Had to pay more at the window. Unless you have exact change you will not get any coins back. A wasted $26.
Rude staff/crew, still using the "COVID" excuse not open the lobby for indoor ordering and or dining. It seems odd, when other nearby fast food establishments have open lobbies for indoor ordering/dining. Quality and quantity of food has eroded substantially, while at the same time Bad attitude from the crew members has shot-up significantly.
