Really love their burgers. They do a great job with the food there and they were pretty quick about getting the order together even with new people being trained.
Definitely do not recommend. Food was not good, burger seemed to be just barley cooked, cheese tasted horrible and overall just not good. Not to mention no lights inside except one small area. Staff was less then pleasant and we seemed like an inconvenience. Gave no napkins, asked if we wanted/needed ketchup, sauces ect. Usually not a big deal except there was zero access to any of those in the dining area. bathroom had a toilet leaking all over also.
Freshly made, piping hot and really good for a late nite drive thru. Hurry on down to Hardees!?
We stopped on our way home from the beach. I got the Frisco burger and it was great! Fries were fresh and hot! Keep up the great job!
Food was yummy, not too greasy, i got the french toast sticks, my dad got a biscuit breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese & bacon. Staff made sure we got exactly what we wanted, asking extra questions and being kind since we have never been to Hardee's before. They offer delivery with Doordash. Would go again.
I must admit that the best part about my experience at Hardee's was the customer service. The staff was very patient and attentive since it was me and my friend's first time eating there. We both got bacon cheeseburgers with fries and a drink. My burger was literally cool, not even room temperature. The bacon seemed undercooked. At least the fries were hot. Like I said, the customer service was good. That was part of the experience.
I haven't been to Hardee's in a good while, but I tell you the sandwich that I got yesterday on 4/20 was perfection ? ?. The presentation was like looking at a Hardee's commercial! Not like other restaurants that have lettuce ? coming out the dam wrapper before you even see the sandwich ?.Whoever worked on 4/20/22 that day, I would definitely tip the chef ?
Place needs a better cleaning. Parking lot needs repair. Food is of the chains quality. Staff seems friendly once you initiate pleasantries. Location is easy to get to.
The food is great but this is my second time eating there and the staff needs to be more professional their very rude including managers also i ordered A side of fries and noticed them touching the food with their bare hands i will Be checking out another Hardee’s location because my experience at that one wasn’t good
my frisco burger was AH-MAZING...but...my whole order wasn't even on my receipt...I had ordered 2 small cheeseburgers:..and asked for no cheese or onion on another burger...(took 10 mins) to get then I had to go BACK in line to find out where the 2 burgers were, that was another 10 mins...was not happy about that at all...by the time I got back to work all the fries and onion rings and the first set of burgers were all COLD.
