I just moved out here and tried to order food..the lady had an attitude the minute she got on the phone so I returned the energy! This place automatically gets 1 star and if I could give them lower I definitely would
Food is good but the service is awful . Went in and placed an order for 2 soups and fried wings and waited 30+ minutes and they tried to charge me again when my order came out. Parents are hard workers
Made me and my boyfriend sick to the stomach! Sucks because the food was actually good. Spring rolls and donuts were wayy too greasy.
Everyone love a good Chinese spot! 3years ago this was mine. I stopped going because they change the way they cooked there rice and it was always dry also when asking for extra sauce packets I received attitude it’s almost like they new it was me and I’d be asking for extra packets yet again. Yesterday was an rather exhausting day and I really wanted Chinese so I ordered Lo mein with my chicken instead of rice. I ordered my food at 6:59 they said 45mins I called at 8:14 inquiring about my order the young man said it was not yet ready. I then asked about any type of accommodation the young man said we can’t help when the food is ready However when it comes to you it will be hot. The food did not arrive to me until 845 it was hot however I had to be to work at 4 AM this morning so I did not get to enjoy it!
This use to be my spot for honey wings. After having food poisoning for the last two days I am done with them. I wouldn’t wish this pain on nobody.
My food was terrible!! This was my 1st and last time ordering from this place. I ordered 3 cheese steak rolls and lobster fried rice. The rolls had no cheese it was full of onions and barely any meat inside. Also, the rolls were filled with sooo much oil at the bottom that it was just dripping..smh! The rice was dry without any flavor and the pieces of lobster had a terrible odor. I threw everything in the trash. This was the worst Chinese food I ever had in my life! It was just awful! Order from this place with caution ⚠️. Food gross ? and it didn’t look the most cleanliness inside! Never again!
Not very nice or friendly. One staff member was cooking and handling the front. So cold he had his coat on. Very dark inside. Not using dine in only take out and door dash.
It was like an episode straight out of kitchen nightmares…everything bland…no seasoning…at all, if you’re a poc, you know better than to tolerate unseasoned food….eat somewhere else
Okay, this was my second time ordering from this restaurant. The first time everything was perfect. This second time they made a mistake, I ordered a large spare rib and was given a large boneless rib instead. Everyone that likes Chinese ribs knows there’s a huge difference in texture and taste. I called, honestly just to make note of the mistake so they would pay better attention for everyone’s future orders, and the guy on the phone immediately said “I’m so sorry, what’s your address, we’ll bring the correct order out right now”. I didn’t want or expect it to be rectified in that way. That says so much about this business and instantly makes me want to continue ordering from them. People make mistakes, they did not hesitate to make it right. Also their food is pretty good, no complaints from me!
