Had a bad experience there almost17 yes ago. Decided to go and try dinner again.Waitress was so infectious with her great personality. Promptly served our drinks and took our order. Salad and fresh bread soon followed. I ordered chicken fettuccine with Alfredo sauce. Chicken was cooked perfect and the sauce was delicious, not too heavy like most. Overall dinner was excellent and I'll return again. Prices just a tad bit high but food was worth it.

It’s been a few months since we’ve been and enjoyed the food and service but we went for lunch today and service was horrible. The 2 waitresses were trying their best but food came out at different times, and 1 sent back for being cold. I had finished my lunch before everyone else got their food. Didn’t get their salads until after entrees came.

I have never been in here before so I Stopped in for lunch got a few slices. I am always looking to top notch pizza according to my taste buds.Total came to like 7 something more around 8 dollars could have got a whole pizza for that much. So I walked in the girl was on the customer side of the register area on the phone with her back turned to me. She got off the phone and asked if I was ordering or did I already order. So I asked "Do you sell slices" she said "yes" so I Ordered my 2 slices. I looked around for a menu board or something with prices or lunch specials but I did not see anything. So another guy walks in and she tells him there is a special with 2 slices and a salad for around 10 dollars.I was instantly shocked.. GUESS WHAT I LIKE SALAD TOO...I just thought to myself.. So future reference If a large pizza is 3 dollars more then please tell me or if you have a slice special please tell me. PIZZA IS AMAZING I WILL HAVE TO TRY THE OTHER FOOD THERE...

They give great customer service. They were very accommodating. We got Take-Out for a car picnic lunch by the water and also something to be eaten later on for dinner. The food was fresh and the restaurant is clean. I think the food is ok - not a wow! but nice which is why I didn't give 5 stars. This being said, I'm looking forward to trying some more items from their menu. This was only the second time we got Take Out from there. My husband, though, really enjoyed his sausage sub.

Staff is great, always very nice. It just seems like the food has declined in quality and taste over the past few years. If I were leaving this review ten years ago, I would have said that this place.is top notch and worth every penny. Now, it is simply mediocre and at time, the food is inconsistent in quality. The pizza is usually good though. That is a solid and consistent part of the menu.

We've been going to Franco's for years when we come to Dover to visit it our mom. It has been our go to place because the food is excellent and the service it good. However, the last two times we've gone there, there have been issues. Our latest visit had us getting the wrong sub. Additionally, the toppings on the other sub were wrong. It appears the issue is with the person taking orders. The items on the receipt were not what we ordered. There was nobody in the dining room and the kitchen was clearly not busy. I'd recommend having the orders read back for accuracy. That is Restaurant 101 and will mitigate the issue. One mistake may be an anomaly, but two times is a trend. It should be noted the food remains good despite skyrocketing prices. The service has to match if you are going to raise the price .

Delicious food , inexpensive, great service!

I did not grow up in Delaware but I know this is not a calzone. And it is not even cooked all the way through. This is a sorry attempt at a calzone. Would not recommend this place!

A great place for those who like pizza done the right way! We really appreciated the welcome that the owner gave us; she was special!

Ordered the two pizza slices specials for the Wife and I.
