Tried to stop for donuts for work but the doors were locked 2 hours before closing time while the employee was in there doing something. ?

Dre was the manager here! Wonderful place. FIRST VISIT BACK! He’s no longer with Dunkin! I buy a coffee and a bagel to bite into a hard Arse bagel! STALE! SICK! Never ever had this happen with DRE! Pay the man! I’m done with this location! The new manager? Haha you need a NEW ONE!
Love Dunkin' Donuts coffee. Reasonably priced and piping hot. Many opportunities to earn free coffee.

This staff is undertrained and they don’t hire quality people. The last few times I’ve been to this location, the food quality is horrible. Donuts just tossed in the bag with icing smudged everywhere. They also put the donuts with other items, so my muffin was covered in icing.The window associates need some etiquette training and possibly not a job working in customer service. The GM at this location also needs some customer service training.
Literally everytime I come to this location and have to order at the window the people are so rude. As if I’m ruining their day. And I work in customer service so I’m never rude back. I’ve gotten to the point where I order on the app because I really don’t want to encounter their attitudes. Not sure if it’s always the same people or if everyone who works the window is just mean.

Edith was great! Super friendly and kind, quick to order and got everything right!It was clean and quick service. Went inside, not through the drive thru. Food was fresh, donuts were not stale and the coffee was made exactly how I like it. This is a good location.
