Ordered mobile order and when I arrived it still took and little longer than normal. Once I received my order an item was missing. I was on my way to work and couldn't return to fix the issue and receive my missing item.
Most of the time between 95% to 97% tile for Dunkin' Donuts I remember years ago there was a big storm and Jupiter Florida and it shut down the Dunkin' Donuts for a while but I knew when Starbucks came to town people said it but I knew it wouldn't happen Dunkin Donuts was going nowhere and they still have people lining up out the door on indiantown Road in Jupiter Florida but now that I'm in Delaware I think I visited about five or six of them in my area often.
They don’t treat their customers well. Employees are not kind and mess up orders.I’d rather go across town to the other one.
Haven't gotten a fresh donut. Since the last time I saw that time to make the donuts guy. Oh. Don't make them on premises. Shipped by 18 wheeler probably now.. coffee may be good don't drink it
Went to redeem my free beverage reward and was charged $.25 for almond milk. I've been a customer for years and have never been charged extra for almond milk. I guess I get penalized for having a milk allergy. This is my sign that I've spent WAY too much money here and am not a valued customer. Time to make my own coffees from now on.
Typical Dunkin Donuts. Not too busy at the time. They selection of donuts could have been better, but it was fine for what I needed. The tall handsome guy at the register helped a lot.
It’s the best in Dover simple I don’t understand the the bad reviews some people say they don’t have anything or it takes so long at times but that’s just tells you how busy they are and yes most things they sell out fast so they must be doing something right and one last thing people love to say this person is rude or this person is not well behaved but understand you should always know what you want and always have your payment ready just to make it smooth for you and the workers and stop crying over prices they change it’s happens it’s life let’s move on and the if you make a order online don’t be mad it’s cold if you take 10+ minutes to come grab your food of course it will be cold and your drink will not be hot but all you have to do is ask them to remake it and they will anytime I had a problem they fixed it no problem and showed respect that’s why i leave tips they work hard day in and day out and let’s be real who would not get mad after one worker told you that was not the current price and then having a manger tell you same thing just pay or don’t why sit and try to fight the prices and if they can just change it to whatever they want this is fast food people not a 5 star restaurant if you want that kind Of service go to 5 star restaurant
Meh. We stopped for a couple drinks, breakfast sandwiches and some donuts for the next day.. (a good excuse to get rid of the gift cards) They somehow managed to mess up one of their best (and has to be easiest) menu item - hash rounds. They were luke warm and soggy. The drinks and donuts were ok. Sandwiches were a little better than the hash rounds.The store was clean for the most part. We felt like a burden tho - rushed thru the order process and no choice but to listen to employees bad mouth drive thru customers for showing to up pay their wages.
Such great staff...friendly and oh so patient when I have all these questions because I want to try something new! Thanks for making me feel so welcome!
Went in with my kids and their drinks taste like water. The got the strawberry mango I think refresher. It took them forever to give me my second order, I actually had to say something to them about that. My daughter ordered hash browns to go and they forgot about those too. So ironic how everyone was receiving their order but me.
