Staff is always on point . Definitely my go to almost every day to get coffee.
Customer service is good but prices leads me to WaWa instead for the most part.
Horrible experience!!! I will never come here again. I’m so tired of being told the system is down every night at the same staff.
I stop here a few times a week for coffee in the morning. Sometimes the car line gets a bit long, but I’m pretty sure that’s more the fault of the customers instead of the store. I always order ahead of time and they have my order ready for me when I arrive. A few times they did not have items in my order, but were able to find a suitable replacement.

Dissatisfied the bread on my sourdough sandwich was so hard I had to replace. The person who made had to feel how hard it was but didn’t care. Have a 2 because the other sandwich was ok
It was good. Egg sausage taco.
Went in here once and ordered a dozen donuts for my kids and got home and there were dead flies stuck under two donuts we had to throw the entire box out. Moths later in a hurry I ran in to get a coffee and noticed hundreds of dead flies in the windows and on the floor as if they had intentionally killed them but did not clean them up. Everyone was behind the counter and no one seemed concerned. I Left.
By far the better of the Dover and Camden DD. The coffee is always good but the ladies working there are always nice. Greet you and wish you a good rest of the day.Very nice group of people.
This is by far my favorite Dunkin in Dover. Fast service every morning and never get my order messed up and they make my cold brew to perfection. Love my morning crew there.
