Took my order for a delivery without issue, then called me back to tell me they can’t make the delivery and I should come pick it up.
App said order was ready at 7;22. Went inside and waited until 7:37 to receive it. Asked for dip. 75 cents. After waiting 15 minutes??
Pineapple pizza was good but on the second pizza they was hardly any bacon and it was suppose to be extra bacon.
I had a horrible experience I ordered 2 pizzas...went to pick them up just to get the delivery fee...they couldn't find my pizza then..when I got home they gave me the wrong pizza. I called they told me, I had to come and pick it up or they can deliver it but they have to charge me a 4.99 delivery fee, even spoke with management, I was told that is the only way the drivers get paid and they can't waive the fee... Eventually they credited one of the pizzas back to my card .I won't be going there again.
The food is good but don’t get delivery. Literally the slowest service ever.
Food was never delivered when it said it was. big waste of time on my end and a waste of food on your end. what is so hard to make sure the food reaches the right address?
I’ve been visiting as I’m moving to the area and have been here several times. Everyone is hard working and friendly at the same time! A really solid location.
I don't normally hit up dominos, however when I do this is the one I choose. They haven't done me wrong yet.
i ordered online and gave my address. i am at the kent budget and i watched the driver from my door, not make the turn to come over here. instead they continue driving in the plaza headed back to dominoes. they refused to deliver the pizza. itold them i could just pick it up. matthew prepared the pizza and the delivery driver refused to come. i watched the driver drive by. i even waved at the driver trying to draw there attention. my order number is 589. and on top of that i just called there giving them this address trying to make a pick up order with the same address. and i told them the kent budget motel with the room number. i will see u guy's tomorrow when u are open to make a complaint.
We ordered 40 minutes before they closed, even tho it said online they were open until 1am (we ordered at 10:20pm), it took well over an hour for our food to get here. When we called the store to check on our order no one answered and it would go straight to a automated voicemail. When the pizza finally got here it was starting to get cold.Usually don’t have issues with this location but tonight was really bad.
