I ordered online and my order said it should be done 8:10 I arrived 8:05 so I was a little early. I called to let them know I’m here and I couldn’t come inside because I had my son with me (curbside pickup) the lady was in shock that I was there she said oh okay I’ll go make it now it only takes two seconds. She literally took two seconds I got the apple pie one and I had whole apple slices the cup was sticky with ice cream and the lid wasn’t even on so when I got in the car the bag had some ice cream. I paid extra for whipped cream and I didn’t get that I guess because she wanted to get it done in two seconds, also there wasn’t a spoon so I had to turn around and run in the store again for a spoon.
if I cold rate a 0 I would. I worked there for 3 days and the owner mahammed yelled at me (in front of costumers) and snatched a blender out of my hand. asked me how old I and said I was stupid and didn't know how to sweep right at 18 (I didn't sweep to his liking) it was so bad the customer apologized to me. I went and hid in the bathroom untill mahammed left the front counter. I've called "corporate" and all they did was "go talk to him" something needs to be done bc he does not need to be owner of anything. it's pathetic that i had to leave after 3 days bc of the way he treated me.
went here with my daughter to get a cookie dough cup.she received banana instead.we told the employee it was the wrong order so she gave her another cup which we though was cookie dough but no of course it was peanut butter.my daughter has a severe peanut allergy.the stupid ice cream was labeled wrong!!!!The peanut butter was labeled cookie dough how irresponsible is that!!!!
The quality just keeps going down. They have been mixing chocolate ice cream into their coffee icecream. Doesn't even taste like coffee anymore. They don't even fill the container the way they are supposed to. Get rid of the manager HE IS GARBAGE! He keeps trying to tell the workers to give the customer less than what they are paying for.
Icecream is good. Service is meh. Slow and too much variance between servers on volume of servings.
I purchase a cake over the weekend and when we cut the cake in the middle of the cake we pulled out four or five pieces of hair. I called the next business day left four messages up today 3/23/22 for that manager NASREEN., and she’s been ignoring my calls she put her employees on the Messages for her. very poor customer service.
Lovely place to catch your icecream and sundaes. Basic sitting in but elaborately laid out offerings and toppings.Staff is also lively and more than happy to accommodate request for some change or extra on your icecream. Mekela ( wish I have the correct name and spelling) was extremely helpful to make an extra chocolaty sundae.
Closed early due to lack of business and canceled my order, then hung up on me when I tried asking a question. Terrible service.
Over $15 for two ice creams. One the smallest size. $1 extra for each topping I added. Also not the friendliest people working.
Worst customer service experience ever employees literally throw my order on the counter and didn’t even have the modesty to say thank you or good night apparently this employees were in a bad mood since we went through the door you could see their expression on this 2 young ladies faces saying ughh!! another customer, also wafer’s cones was broken due to the mishandling of the bag for what I paid $17.96 pretty disappointed ppl like this should not be working with customer service.
