My family here from Montana - it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Then when we wanted a snack … that took about 20 minutes to even see an employee. And Woukdnt you know it - cashing out tickets - at the very least another 1/2 to find an employee. Horrible customer service.
Great place! My kids really enjoy it here. They got some new machines a few months ago that are really cool. It's a lot of fun. Also, the pizza is LEGIT!
It’s tough to give this place a hard rating cause I came here with my kids at 11am the day after 4th of July. So you have to imagine, they’re not expecting big business. I just want to point out that there was a young blonde woman who quite literally did everything. She was clearly training the register girl, preparing food, cleaning, working the ticket counter, etc. Our experience wasn’t that great to be honest. We ordered food, and it was half wrong, and one item didn’t even come. However, the young blonde woman said she’d take care of it, and she did. Took longer than we’d of liked, but she was literally doing EVERY job there. We bought that Summer pass, and cause there weren’t enough ppl to staff this location, we’ll probably never do it again. I get that overhead can kill a business, but lack of customer service kills it faster
Clean and fun. The new digital ticketing and game play system is nice. Wristbands work well. Food was decent and place was clean and not to crowded.
I think the boy name was John he really was helpful with the games when they had issue made sure we were helped at all times and kept checking on us to make sure we’re okay I give this place 10 stars if I could
Food was lacking in quality. Be sure to use app for rewards. Bathrooms were clean and machines and lobby were very clean. It wore our 4yr old granddaughter out.( as well as gma and papa)
Went there for my daughter's birthday party and our hostess was nowhere to be found I took care of my daughter's party and I still had to pay an arm and a leg to have it there I will never have my child or children's birthday party there again this happened to me before many years ago so I thought I will try it one more time and the same result I threw the birthday party a hostess was nowhere to be found this time around it was a lot worse because our party was over and we still did not do the ticket blaster Chuck e cheese mascot came around and seen every other birthday child except mine I would not recommend having a birthday party there it's more stressful because you're on a tiny little clock

I find it very concerning that no one checked us in and no one insured I was leaving with my correct child. The counter help was very unconcerned. I paid for a 60 minute pass but half of the games didn’t work, staff made it seem like I was doing something wrong when they couldn’t get them to work either. HOWEVER the most concerning part to me was the lack of security upon leaving with my grandson. I have never had this experience before and I will never return to this location. Food order was also incorrect.
It's was pretty cool here. The kids and adults had fun. It's just super expensive. Especially they food. I mean I don't mind paying but it least have the PRICES OF THINGS MATCH YALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our host for my son birthday forgot his balloons, tickets master machine was broken and when Chuck E Cheese came out he knowledge the other instead of my son for his birthday which was included in his package.
