Worst customer service ever!! First, ordered a bowl with white rice, brown rice chicken and cheese for my fiancé. I ordered a bowl with extra white rice and some toppings. Our bowls were $9.10 each. He goes in to grab our bowls. I check them to make sure our order is right (as we have left many times with toppings we did not order). His bowl comes out with barely anything on it (as shown in image 1). I go back inside 2 minutes later with my receipt and his bowl. I told the lady (very nicely as I am not one for confrontation) that there is not a lot of rice and since I paid $9 I would like more. The lady I was not talking to rolled her eyes and tells the lady I am speaking to that she needs to give me a side of rice (as shown in picture 2). I told her I got half and Half brown and white so I would like brown too. The lady (that I was not speaking to again) said she did not see the problem with my bowl and tries to charge me as “double rice is more”. However, as I stated above, both of our bowls were $9.10 and I got extra rice which did not cost. All I’m saying is I know if it was their bowl that costs over $9 they would want it full.
I always feel rush to make my selection, even when they are not busy. Would love to see a little more organized and cleaner service area.
3 out of 3 orders wrong. 1. a veggie bowl with extra veggies, no veggies, 2. Double steak with no steak and 3. Was half chicken, half steak and it had no steak. So check your order be fore you leave.
This Chipotle always gets me in and out in just a few minutes. The workers are friendly and quick. I wouldn't order online, however, because they usually skimp out on food / customizations.
This location has delivered the quality and taste I expect, pretty much every time I've visited. I appreciate the staff, and the relative cleanliness of the restaurant.
Really impressed with how delicious the food is here! I didn't know what to expect, my first time here. I ordered the salad with steak, pepper/onion, hot sauce, fresh salsa, and sour cream. Absolutely delicious, better than expected! Will definitely be going here again.
I am surprised that they don't have more health issues. The uniforms that the help wear it looks as though they have been wearing them for days and they don't do much of a job keeping the place clean has a lot to be desired.
The food was great. I had a huge burrito and a bowl. I was happy!
Update: Food has become just okay. When I open the top to the container of food it’s all just haphazardly thrown in there. I now do mobile ordering to avoid lines and the lunch rush. I’ve had the pleasure of having to deal with the same rude young girl at the register. Oh yeah, now you have to tell them your name in order to get your food because I guess people are taking food that’s not theirs from the to-go shelves? Anyway, every time I come here I get the same attitude-filled woman who asks my name and then turns to get my order, seals the bag, and throws it at me across the counter lol. I’d hate my life if I worked at Chipotle too but don’t hate the customer for being hungry chile.Initial review: Good food, very crowded for lunchtime which is typical. A bit concerning that you now have to ask the cashier for your food when you do mobile ordering instead of just being able to pick it up from the shelf. Not sure if it’s a Covid thing or a thief thing lol
Consistent, outstanding customer service, so good that I will forgive the person who half scooped my barbacoa because the piece was so big. If the piece is too big, just let it be, no need to go out of your way to underscoop.
