I was doordashing and had a woman try to lure me after I went to the location with an extra few bucks. I was up in New Castle, DE, which is a total change from lower, slower DE. Luckily I caught on. Her order was raw turkey salad. I mean NOTHING. No mayo no salt,pepper, NOTHING. I got lucky. It was scary as hell and I got home, 59+ miles away. No more new castle or Capriotti’s for me either. The customer has me drive 15+ miles out of my zone. Just EXHAUSTING!
Phenomenal sandwiches. Had the cheese steak and others had cold cuts. All were very good and we would definitely go back again.

Traveling and stopped in here for some sandwiches. They were amazing!I suggest the Wagyu menu of sandwiches.I had the roast beef and my son had the cheesesteak.They were great!Enjoy!
I am a vegetarian and I love that they have Impossible Cheesesteak, which is not real meat! And they have fake chicken sandwiches. Makes me happy!
Being new to this area, I decided to check out Capriotti's based on reviews and that it's close to my house. It's a no frills sandwich shop. I ordered their signature Capastrami, made with an ample amount of pastrami. It has Cole slaw and Russian dressing. It was a different take on a Rachel and really delicious. They also have a nice selection of chips and bottled drinks. The service was good as well, considering they have a sign saying they're short handed. If you're looking for a good sandwich in the Dover area, check them out.
